That's a hard question....but I really wanna say Jiraiya...mostly because I can't stand Happosai.
And another question that is almost exactly the same...Cologne or Tsunade?

id say ranma, but if you think about it their practically the same they both can change into girls the both are easily angered and both are very stubborn

That's a tough one! Naruto's got the power of the nine tailed fox demon, but Ramna's got the Dragon Heaven Blast and all sorts of awesomeness kick-butt moves.
