Hello, hopeful trainers! It is, Gaia's resident Space-Monster and Radioactive-Chicken-Breeder, Cygerstorm! I am here to announce the soon-to-be-opened "Eeveeloutions Gym!" I will have my own badge, battle rules, and prizes ranked according trainer performance (if ya can beat me)!

Current Pokemon Level: 50 across the board.
I will switch up my lineup at random before each fight, to keep things interesting!

Rules!
1. NO LEGENDARIES. Legendaries are banned in my gym. Raise yourselves some real Pokemon to challenge me. This includes Spiritomb.
2. No hacked Pokemon! If i see a Mew, Celebi, Arceus or any other hyper-rares, you will be banned from my gym. Pokemon whose stats and abilities seem to be above what is legitimate in the game will be banned.
3. No using Action Replay or similar devices to hack a Wi-Fi battle.
4. Be civil. If you win, be happy, but not a braggart. If you lose, smile and challenge me again after training some more.
5. i understand Wi-Fi problems exist. If a fight is aborted via Wi-Fi, the challenger will be placed at the bottom of the challenger list. Repeated fight-droppers will be banned.
6. All fights will be set to level 50 for the first round of challengers. Later challengers may have the option to fight in the 100 bracket, pending team-restructures.

How to challenge: PM me, and I will ad you to my Challenger List! As time permits, fights will be arranged on a first-come-first-serve basis!
Your PM must include
Game Name
FC
Available Battle Times.
Same day battles are unlikely, due to scheduling.

Prizes:
You may win one award, and only one award, for each tier. If you win a high tier, you will only be rewarded for that tier, and cannot compete for lower tier prizes.
Tier 4: Any winner that does not meet the requirements for tier 3 will receive kudos. And not the candy bar.
Tier 3: Each winner with at least 4 Pokemon with 50% health or greater after a battle will have the choice of one berry of their choice, which I will acquire if I do not already have.
Tier 2: A winner with only one fainted pokemon AND/or at least 5 pokemon with 50% health or greater will win one Rare Candy
Tier 1: A winner with no fainted pokemon at the end of a battle will win one TM (pending availability) of their choice or 2 Rare Candies.
The Masterball prize has been removed and saved for the 100-level future bracket.

UPDATE: Gym may, this is a very tentative MAY, open tomorrow, pending a scheduling uncertainty on my end. Now accepting challengers!
As far as my stance on Event Pokemon. Its simple statistics. The amount of people who have Pokemon, weighed against the amount of people who may have an Action-Replay or other cheating devices, and the amount of people who may have ever attended one of the event-activating Real-World events versus the probabilities of those same people being on Gaia, in this guild, in my thread. The chances of an event Pokemon being truly legit, no offense, is abysmally low.

[.The.Shadow.Conspiracy.] (hopefully im allowed to post) What level pokemon can we use? lvl 40-50's? I'm willing to battle you ._. When my gym opens, my Eevees will be level 50. only Pokemon level 50 and under may challenge until i open up a level 100 rank (which have its own prizes).

Yes, my Event Legends aren't hacked. I don't hack anything, but it shouldn't matter because I don't use Legends at all.

I think you should reconsider your prizes. Rare candy/TM should be for 5-0 or 6-0, then maybe a berry of their choosing for anything else. Offering a Master Ball is a little too cocky in my opinion, and it's a way bad deal for you.
Also, I think the level 50 cap is unfair. If they were Pokemon worth training, then why would people stop at 50? Especially now that the Battle Tower allows Pokemon above 50. If you didn't know, somebody said already that you could set everything to level 50 over WiFi. You can also set them to level 100 so everything is just fine, not that I think differently for 50, but I always do 100. Anyway, just wanted to help critique your gym.

Not to take sides or anything, but don't you guys think you should make some rules before you enforce them? =P I have seen nothing so far about making gyms, only to follow the rules of Gaia. Technically, it's just a battle thread (which I guess should perhaps be posted in the WiFi subforum).

Well, I looked around and didn't see anything about gyms, besides that Gym-Trivia thing? I didn't see any rules about it either. And as for my rewards? I've been stockpiling Pokemon and items for awhile now, expecting this kind of thing to come around (wifi). I've mastered the "LeafGreen Masterball" run and can get one in under 8 hours of /played, if I trade Pokemon to the new game. But mayhaps your right. I'll re-evaluate prizes.
