Situated 10km out in Terim bay, there stands a building, tourists pass it by, The Police don't go to it and perform 'spot checks', very few cars drive up and down the long bridge leading to it, but it stands proud from the deep blue sea surrounding it. A very modern building, boasting bright blue wings which are all numbered. Driving under the tunnel into the main gate of the school, you look up, bridges criss-cross above you, Students making their way to various classes, lunchrooms, break points, meeting friends, meeting teachers, the whole building has an aura about it that you feel in your chest. You go in, and your life will change forever, you turn back, and the building will turn back into that dot on the horizon that you simply pass by on your daily routine.

Your choice.

Character Profiles are relatively simple, on entering the RP, you are presumed to have at least a limited understanding of Beatrice, and be able to use it to a certain extent.

Gaia username:
Character name:
Age:
Role (Teacher or Student):
Bio:
Appearence:
(anything else?)

Gaia username: Eike Sky
Character name: Kikuta Eike
Age: 15
Role: Student
Bio: Eike, as a child, was scared of the world, he found it too large and intimidating. Then he found a presence, something that changed his life, it gave him more confidence than he could ever hope for, the Beatrice. During periods when he was alone, he would practice the use of this power and became proficient with it by his 10th birthday. This scared his parents when he showed them and so they packed him off to Terim, to live with his aunt, also a Beatrice user. Eike is very powerful and uses Beatrice efficiently, but he is also very weak when it comes to girls, by no means shy, but a bit naive.
Appearence: Eike stands at about 5'4" which, his aunt tells him, is very tall for his age. Being of japanese origin, his energy levels are more or less always on a high. and this comes across in his displays of Beatrice. His hair is always messy and his face has a hint of innocence about it. when he's not in school uniform, Eike dons a black zipped hoodie, white t-shirt and black jeans.
Eike also acquired a small katana from one of his friends before he left Japan. He managed to charge it with Beatrice so that it is light to handle, but burns if anyone touches the blade.

Gaia username: Chris-Tennant Sky
Character name: Christian Sky
Age: 6
Role: Student
Bio: Christian is a small child with a big heart and an extraordinary ability to use Beatrice. His heart is very kind, still being a child, but it has a dark streak running through it. Christian, although young, has killed many times over, and has grown numb to the feeling of guilt. His parents know nothing of this, since he has done what was right, but he has the potential to destroy the earth... and he's 6!
Appearence: Christian's hair sticks up quite wildly, but settles down by his shoulders, he is only about 3'6" but he arms himself with a sword which he can hide his whole body behind. He wields this with elegant ease, his uniform is neatly presented and perfectly tailored to his needs. His eyes emit an innocence that is only comparable to that of a new-born puppy.

Gaia username: Rose-Tyler Sky
Character name: Rose Sky
Age: 7
Role (Teacher or Student): Teacher?! No. A 7 year old teacher would be pushing it. A student. Proud to be a student.
Bio: Unlike her year younger brother, Chris Sky- Rose hasn't killed anyone. Nor has she done anything extrodinary for her age, but she is talented in many areas, self defence, she's very fast- has a gift for speed, and precision. Making it very easy to deal with swords, and other forms of weaponary, well- whatever you'd do with a 7 year old. Not that she knew how to handle any of those things. .... Well, that's what her parents thought. There was alot more to Chris and Rose than what you saw on the outside- two little kids, under the guise of their parents.
Appearence: Kinda short for her age, but still okay. Blonde hair, usually done up in pigtails, either side of the head. Bright blue eyes, curtosey of her father, and the frame of her mother- slender.

Chris stood in a small gap on the metro, his hair ruffled and scruffy from where his father had admitted how proud he was of his son... for the fifth time that morning. The chatter of the other children, who were all much older than him, filled the carriage to bursting point. Chris only wished to get to school and then he could listen to the teacher and leave this madness behind in the carriage. His uniform was perfect, as always, the trousers, The Metro/train/bus thing pulled to a standstill with a jolt and all the students filed off. Chris followed the crowd, he wasn't really awake yet, he would be soon though, he heard the familiar steps stand out from the rest, a brisk pitter patter, his sister, a hyper little thing, running towards him, obviously with some sort of gossip or something. Turning round, he saw the figure of his sister, slim, slender, many of his friends laughed at their relationship, how they were so close, but everyone not a teenager said they were like it at Chris's age. "What is it?" Chris asked.

School for Rose was no excitement as it was often for her little brother. She did enjoy it at times, but like the other children, she seemed to conform to the attiude that school was over-rated, not worthy of a great deal of attention, well- not until exams that is, but what 7 year old had seriously hard exams?
Uniform neat, and impecable- just like her younger brothers- as fixed by their mother before they left for school, their father dropping them off at the station to catch the metro. Not many parents would allow their children to go alone, but there were hundreds of bustling kids about, nothing was going to happen here. Lost in the sea of students, most of them teenagers and above, she finally found her little brother- alone, just getting off the metro. "Chris... Slow poke, what you doing, you look as though you're still half asleep" she laughed clapping a hand onto her brothers shoulder, despite him being just a tad taller than she was. Her brother Chris, she looked after- protected, but he really didn't need much of that. A pretty independent little kid, for his age that is- a year younger than herself, but she still made sure her little brother was okay every time to time, when she bumped into him and so on. Just like now.

Fact of the matter was that Christian was having a little trouble with his dark side, with all these children around, he could cause so much damage, cause so much misery, but Chris, as everyone called him, would not succumb to such dark actions without motive. Feeling the touch of his sister on his shoulder brought him back to earth. "Oh, morning Rose, I am very tired today, must have got to bed a little late last night." He said indifferently, truth was he was in bed by 9 o'clock, mothers orders. He recalled for a moment his wailing as a child does, 'I'm not tired, I don't need bed!' His insides shuddered regretfully at his thoughtlessness the night before. "Right, to class." HE said, faking enthusiasm, and as he turned round, he looked back and smiled, "See you later Rose, thanks for looking after me!"

Eike ran into the crowded corridor, narrowly missing a few people. Then a small girl stood right in his way. Tripping over her foot, she went to fall, but Eike stopped her, using his beatrice quickly, and he fell to the ground with a thud. Leaping back to his feet, he went back to the girl and picked her out of the little beatrice seat he'd made for her. "Hello, are you alright?" He asked kindly, "I'm sorry for tripping over you, I suppose I chose the wrong time for a sprint down a crowded corridor, eh?" He smiled warmly and his hair stood up slightly with it.

Clumsy as ever, she hadn't even noticed the boy, until it was too late. Always in the way, always totally oblivious to everything and anyone else around her. That was Rose-Tyler Sky for you.
Somewhat like her younger brother Chris for that matter. Off in their own little worlds half the time.
Glancing up at the boy, whom she'd not seen around before- she gave a small little smile- not shy, unlike her brother- Rose was pretty outgoing for a girl her age, and didn't fret over meeting new people. "Hey.... Sorry, but... What are you apologizing for, I mean- I'm the one that stood in the middle of the corridor, a ticking time bomb for accidents to happen" she added with a little laugh. "Sorry- I do it all the time, I drift off- almost forget where I am, and bingo.... People run into me, get hurt.... But your okay... Right?" she asked glancing over him very quickly. He seemed to be the better one off- already on his feet and all.

Eike smiled, closing his eyes and slightly wrinkling his tanned face, "I am fine, thank you," He looked down at her, a small figure of a girl, not the kind of person you'd expect to find in the Beatrice, by no means, "Are you lost, little girl?" He asked, out of consideration, "You don't look old enough to be here, is all."

Well with books in her hand, and a large- heavy backpack on her back, it would've sounded quite odd if she'd responded by saying she was meant to be at the shopping centre, not the school- Beatrice. "Sorry?" she asked after a moment. If he though she was too young, wait till he saw her little brother Chris, he was younger- and alot smaller looking too, even when he was just a year younger than her. "Lost? I'm certainly not lost" she said with a small laugh. "I'm supposed to be here.... Hang on a tic... We are in Beatrice.... Right?" she joked before glancing down at her books. "Do I look lost? Because I swear- books and a backpack and a lunch bag... Isn't that what people usually take to school? I could be totally wrong, but mum and dad packed it for me" she said with a small shrug. "Why... are there no other 7 year olds here?" she asked casually. Her and her brother, goodness knows why they were accepted here- but here they were. Student ID's and all. Well, who'd have guessed they were 6+7, they were far more mature and well educated beyond their years.

Eike shook his head, his thin black hair waving all over the place, "No, you don't look lost, you are just a little small to be here, you look as though you should be in primary school, not here." He looked back over to the metro, where many children, most taller than he, but only just, disembarked and made their way through the same old gates, up the same old escalators, to the usual classrooms, their familiar desks. Coming back to himself, he looked down to the little girls he'd tripped over. "I don't think there is anyone under the age of 13 here, let alone seven. Sorry little girl." He turned to walk away, but turned back "Oh, by the way, I'm Eike, what's your name?"

No one under the age of 13? Well this was going to be a load of fun.
"What?" she spoke before scratching her head. "My father and mother dropped my brother and I off here, they both went to this school as well, we have to be in the right place... You've just.... Just got it wrong" she said with a firm nod of her head. "You'll see... If you think 7 is too young, you should go see my brother. He's around here somewhere, he's younger than me... Just having turned 6- and I'm almost 8" she retorted, although quite proudly. Eike, now why did that name sound familiar, as she stuck her hand out to him in a friendly manner. "My name's Rose... Rose Sky" she said with a small smile. "Nice to meet you Eike".

"Believe me, the pleasure's all mine, meeting a seven year old who is able to pass the entrance tests for Beatrice, now THEY, were hard." Eike exclaimed. Shaking the small girl's hand, he winked playfully at her, "Maybe I'll see you round the place." and he dissappeared into the crowd, 'A six and seven year old in Beatrice, what are the odds?' he thought to himself. Dropping himself into his seat, Eike returned to his half-asleep state.

That is until the teacher came in with a small boy dressed in the neatest uniform Eike had ever seen came in. The teacher announced his name as 'Chris' and said he was to be part of the class because of his superior intellect and excellent ability to control Beatrice. While the rest of the class whispered amongst themselves, Eike sat in awe of the small child, he'd read of him, a small cloaked figure that caused storms to ascend from the dust, he could summon the force of the earth towards anyone, and wield a sword as tall as himself, and here he stood, an innocent young boy, barely able to hold his own in front of a class of giggling school children. Eike suddenly stood up, his instincts taking over, "Miss." He asked, "May I look after Chris please, I'm sure I will be able to handle him, and," He looked at the young boy's face, ashamed of where he was and that he had these skills. "Look at him, he's only six." The teacher agreed and allowed Chris to sit alongside Eike, which he did. Grabbing his maths book from his desk, Eike gestured towards the purple book, to which Chris nodded and got his trim new book from his backpack.

"The entrance test?" Rose exclaimed as she watched Eike's retreating figure move away and down the hall, "But they were easy... Simple logic... Honest" she said scratching her head lightly as she glanced at her timetable.

Advanced Mathematics: Stream A

First class for the day, possibly the easiest class- mathematics had always been a plus for Rose- simple logic rules helped to get the answers, and if you memorised these logic algorithms and rules, it was really quite easy. Just memory work, really.

Yet, she was late. On her first day. Not knowing where Chris was, she hurried down the corridors to one of the last classrooms- peering in through the small glass window in the tall wooden door. Pity for her, she had to stand on her toes just to see inside- obviously height wasn't an advantage for her. Even at her age, she was rather... Short.

Opening the door slowly, she excused herself to the teacher and scanned the classroom- it was quite daunting really- a bunch of older kids all there- no one under the age of 13, or so Eike had told her, and here she was, a 7 year old with a bunch of teenagers. Yet, over in the corner, she spotted blond hair, a perfectly neat uniform and a bag she hadn't seen for all of a few minutes. Looked as though she wasn't the only 'new kid on the block'. Christian Tennant Sky, over in the corner, sitting next to another suprisingly familiar face- Eike, the older boy she'd met in the corridor moments earlier. "Chris" she hissed as she grabbed her book from her bag, making her way over to the row in which her brother and his new 'friend' were in, luckily for her- there were two vacant seats near them. "Chris, how'd you find your way so quickly" she whispered as she glanced over their work, just to see where they were at.
