I finally ordered my own Satanic Bible and it comes in next weekend. I'm really excited and the best part is, I was actually able to tell my mom. She doesn't mind at all and she is interested in Satanism. She says the philosophy is very nice and she wants to learn more mrgreen . Things have been so stressful so I am soooo happy that she is extremely supportive, especially right now.
To Pirate: I'm really sorry about the whole pdf SB and just like you've asked, I will have a picture of me with my very own SB to prove to you that I actually bought it. Once I get it next weekend, I don't know if I'll be able to take a pic right away so you'll just have to bear with me sweatdrop .

Sounds great. Reminds me of when I got my first copy at borders... oddly enough no one at the store cared, nor did they gawk at me for purchasing it, WHOLE different story at another store when I simply asked where the "Occult" section was... I couldn't wait to get home and take a picture of me with it... I even put on my velvety black robe. Maybe if I find it I'll post it here.

Yeah, I ordered mine at Borders and they were really nice to me. They didn't give these looks that would pretty much say, "omg!!1! har, she's so creepy HAR!" Aye...people like that annoy the living crap outta me. But even at Barnes n Nobles, they were nice too. I wanted to order mine at Barnes n Nobles but Borders is closer to where I live and we happened to be shopping around that area mrgreen .

Oh I remember the first time I saw one at Barnes and Nobles! haha... I thought it was so funny because there was only one in stock and they hid it in between two much bigger, completely unrelated books.

sweatdrop I know what you mean. The very first time I had actually found one there but I had no money to buy it. It was hiding in the corner pushed all the way back against the wall. I wonder who put it like that anyways..... confused question

When I went to get my SB, we found 2 copies wedged in a dark corner beside much larger books that were leaning slightly, giving the impression there was nothing there. (this was at Barnes and Noble). Although the time before that when I went, they weren't weirded out when I asked about it (they didn't have any in stock though that time).

Oh the memories of my pilgrimage to Barnes and Nobles. My friend Tom took me, it was glorious. Also at Barnes and Nobles they are terribly hard to find.

Indeed. And we were thinking that the cashier was going to say: "ZOMG 2 TSB!?" Turns out they didn't seem to care >.< .

I would like to go and buy one at the Barnes and Nobles here whre I live, but I dont know if I will. About 95% of people in Madison, Wisconsin have the same opinion about that kind of thing it seems like. If I were to go buy one in person I would almost definitely get gawked at and horrified looks. So, once I get eitehr a credit or debit card I am just going to order one offline to avoid that.

I remember buying my TSB.
In the "MBS" (Mind, Body and Soul, I presume) section of my local Waterstone's.
There were two, and I bought one.
Given I had searched every time I went near Waterstone's for about a month beforehand, I was elated.
Of course getting TSR was easier. Bought if off Play.com.
Then got TDN, SS! and TSW off Play.com recently.
Also have TSS. I like my library.

I was waiting for someone to say something when I bought it.... but no one said anything... I'll be ordering the rest of mine online most likely... easier to find that way.

Congrats! I'll take your word for it, but if you want to post said photo, feel free to do so. I'm glad that you bought your own copy. You'll find it's much more handy than a pdf alone anyway. biggrin
Enjoy.
