Chakra no Mesu - Chakra Scalpel
Chakra no Mesu is a special Ninjutsu technique used by medical ninjas. After forming the needed handseals, the ninja will focus chakra to their hands. When their charged hands reach the body of their target, they can extend the chakra internally into the targets body to cut and neatly slice their muscles and blood vessels without harming the surface skin. This technique can be used in battle, but because of its hectic nature, the fine precision required for an instant kill is not feasible. Damage can still be done to the vital organs, but the technique should be used carefully in battle.
Shousen Jutsu - Mystical Hand Technique

Shousen Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilized by medical ninja. This technique allows the ninja to heal wounds by focusing their own chakra to their hands. If the ninja is highly skilled, they are able to heal more critical injuries. Highly skilled medical-Nins such as Tsunade can use their techniques to perform surgeries that otherwise would not be possible.

After Combining her knowledge of the inner working of the Rassengan, Chakra scalpel and applying it to her knowledge of the Hyuuga clan's ability to internally damage their enemy, Tsunade was able to make an extremely powerfull assassination move. After the Tsunade creates a chakra scalpel, she molds it into a whirling sphere. Once complete, Tsunade thrusts the orb into the opponent midsection... Unlike the rasengan which then preform a high level of external damage, this jutsu preform extreme levels of internal damage... Utilizing the chakra scalpel's ability, the whirling chakra, sinks into the opponents body where it becomes a vortex of spinning chakra blades... The blades go through the entire body and destroys all the muscles and tendons in the body. The thing the makes this so deadly is that the heart is also a muscles, so it is destroyed in the process, not only is the opponent crippled, but they're heart gets shredded to pieces... No one is capable of Surviving a direct hit... Here is where the knowledge of the Hyuuga comes in, while the chakra is still in the form of an orb in Tsunade's hand, waves of energy extend past the mass of the orb, so if she cannot make a direct hit on the target, chances are that the energy will contact a portion of the targets body and will cripple whatever it may be...Kouzin and Nibi plan on combining the jutsu with the cat's black fire in order to turn this into a projectile.

Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu - Water Clone Technique

Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to create a Bunshin clone. Unlike a normal Bunshin, the Mizu Bunshin has the ability to interact more with the environment due to it having physical substance. This allows the clone to carry out limited attacks on its target. The range of the clone is limited however, it can not travel very far from the original body. If the Mizu Bunshin is injured, the clone will usually revert back into its natural water state.
Baku Suishouha - Bursting Water Collision Waves
Suiton • Baku Suishouha is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. After forming the needed handseals, Kisame will expel water from his gullet. This will then expand into a large volume of water.
Daibakuryuu no Jutsu - Great Exploding Current
Suiton • Daibakuryuu no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. After doing the needed hand seals a vortex of water will form, sucking anything on the surface above it down to the depths below.

Kanashibari no Jutsu is an advanced Ninjutsu technique used to temporarily bind an individual or animal. With the person frozen in place, the ninja can either take the opportunity to attack or to retreat.
Rasengan - Spiral Sphere

Rasengan was a ninjutsu technique developed over the span of three years by the Fourth Hokage. The technique was taught to his sensei Jiraiya, who then passed it on to the young ninja Naruto years later. Like Kage Bunshin, Naruto would adopt the technique as a signature move and make it all his own. The technique is unlike other jutsu in that it does not require any handseals, it just relies on the ninja's ability to mold chakra. The ninja concentrates a contained, fast, rotating sphere of chakra in the palm of their hand which can cause much destructive impact. Thus the technique is pure shape manipulation of chakra, unlike most elemental techniques which are shape and nature manipulation. Kakashi has stated the technique was unfinished for this reason, as the Fourth Hokage did not get a chance to add some form of nature manipulation to it. He stated it's still unclear whether it is even possible for an elemental nature to be added. Kouzin and Nibi plan on combining the jutsu with the cat's black fire in order to turn Rasengan into a projectile.

Suiken is fighting style utilizing alcohol to loosen the body's muscles and the unstructured movements make the users attacks harder to predict. By being in this drunken state, the user can take more damage without feeling the pain, gain higher agility and provide a natural fluidity to their movements. Kouzin, due to his intentional goofiness, has mastered the drunken movements even without intoxication...though alcohol will still increase his skills.

Kouzin is a complete goofball, in and out of battle...despite that, he is very calculative and extremely strategic, so don't take him lightly.
Bio:
Kouzin's life was always good. His parents were always healthy, and he never really had many complications in life....save one... Upon birth, his family was chosen as keepers of a certain entity...one held highly dangerous due to it's power...Nibi... His parents were in no place to argue, as they had no means of defense, but they were great gardians of the spiritual world. And so, upon Kouzin's first birthday...when his body was strong enough...the two-tailed Bijuu was sealed inside of him, forever to remain in his soul until death...
He decided to join the academy at age 9...part of the desire was his...but Nibi felt a much stronger want for the teachings kouzin would gain. There, he learned everything he knew about chakra among other key topics. He had struggled in Taijutsu at his young age, so his sensei had to think of a style that appealed to Kouzin's personality. Finally, he decided to teach Kouzin the arts of Drunken Fist. Since Kouzin tended to be an eccentric type, what better outlet than a style utilizing strange movements? So, for the next 5 years at the academy, he trained in the style every day. He of course learned Ninjutsu too though, specializing in Water jutsu, and anything to compliment it. For now, he only knows One water style Jutsu to it's fullest extent, but he uses it wisely for his preferred Taijutsu. Recently, after graduation, Kouzin received invitation to join the ROOTS program, due to his promising grade point average.
As a graduation present, his parents rewarded him with his pet dove Shoru. Shoru is a talented bird, who helps Kouzin with recon and other scouting purposes.
Since Graduation.....
After meeting up with the sensei of the ROOTS program, he met Tsunade and requested teachings in medical jutsu. He had always preferred Taijutsu, but he wasn't a master at but one style, so he decided to give Ninjutsu a shot. So, Kouzin left ROOTS to train under Tsunade in the arts of Medical Jutsu. Soon, he had graduated from medical training thanks to Tsunade's training and he rejoined ROOTS. Within one week, he had accomplished so much that Tsunade decided to use him as a test for a new jutsu, the Medical Homicide Technique. Though he technically was of Jounin rank, he decided that he was to enter the next chuunin exams for the satisfaction of it. His fire to win became larger once he saw whom else was entering...Yakushi Kabuto. Currently, he's training to his wit's end in order to bulk up for the exams so that he can kill Kabuto, doing Konoha a huge favor, as well as to help his friend, Mai.
The chuunin exams and aftermath...
After Hyuuga Seijiko bowed out of Kouzin's first round battle, he met a new friend from the hidden mist...Shuna. She left the exams while Kouzin was in his second match, against Bei Fong Suki. After the battle, both Kouzin and Suki were upgraded to chuunin rank.
After the exams, he went to see his teacher and Kage of Konoha, only to have his headband crushed. After a few moments, he learned the greatest news he had ever gotten...he was upgraded to sannin status, and put in charge of the medical squads. In honor of the occasion, Kouzin scrounged up a new wardrobe, and he even shows his eyes now. Upon close inspection, one could tell he wasn't just him in there, but he's no longer unwilling to show that fact. He changed to a darker style, and the pendent given to him to him by his mother for his christening.
