Well, here's the deal. At least a few times a day, I get this strange feeling in my stomach that I've never felt before. I usually get creeped out, but once I calmed down and all the sudden I got this vision. Usually it's something that's happened to me before or I saw in a dream. Then, it's gone, and I usually can't even remember what happened. It's happened so much that now I can kinda shut it off, or when I get the feeling I just tune it out and it never comes. Can anybody tell me what this might be and help me control it more?

Probably and it is possibles that your psyche self is developing. Perhaps keep a diary of what happen, how you feel, how as your emotions, the weather, etc.. to see if there is any correlation of anything

Thank you very much for the help. I have a new story to tell. I haven't gotten another vision lately but I kept getting the feeling. So, today I started to meditate. I got the strange tingling feeling but I know when something happens I'm supposed to let it. Suddenly, I heard plastic brushing againest my dresser. Now, there was no wind in the room and I barely breath during meditation, kinda like when I sleep. But I'm pretty sure it was floating because when I looked it dropped to the floor, and when I had my eyes opened before I started it was on the floor. Does this mean my visions and telepathy are developing? (I'm already moderatly expereinced with empathy, sometimes to the point where I feel sick to my stomach. sweatdrop ) Any info and tips for practicing and relaxation would be great. biggrin

Relaxation... hmm... try to look at the sub-forum Modern Magick Class because it has a relaxation ritual. Hopefully that will help you.
