Mumia Abu-Jamal is a comrade who was framed for the murder of a cop and sentanced to death in 1982, it was an obvious frame up with multiple witnesses saying he didn't kill the cop and a biased jury. He has been in Pennsylvania's death row for 25 years.
Mumia was a journalist and a black panther in the time before he was sentanced to be executed. Has he been silenced? No! We can all learn from Mumia, sentanced to death, stuck in the worst place in the world to be- a solitary confinement cell in death row- for 25 years, yet he still writes, still shows us the evils of the system! Mumia has writen many books, including "Live From Death Row", "Death Blossoms", “Faith of Our Fathers” and his history of the black panthers-“We Want Freedom” (a must read) as well as hundreds of articles and interviews.
