That is right. There is a new Evil Dead movie scheduled for 2008... Though rumor has it that it will not have Ash in it or chain saw hands. Anyone else heard any more rumors on it? Or even heard the news about the new movie?

Raimi says there will be a remake of the original "Evil Dead" that will not include Campbell but he is also currently writing the script for "Evil Dead 4" wich will include bruce and probably chainsaw hand.
Dunno where 2008 rumour came from though.
