I don't know if Fenrir counts as a god, but he ate the moon didn't he? And I think I read a story about one of the gods visiting Thor for help on the moon?
That's kinda vague, there must be tons of moon god/dess's, maybe if you narrowed it down to a specific culture?

Actually it is Hati (a wolf) the brother of the wolf Skoll who is prophesised to catch and mangle the moon. But alto I can find text that the sun will give birth to a daughter to follow the sky-path in her staid no such happening is written for the moon.
In the Asgardian myths the moon is the son of a man called Mundilfari who lived in Midgard. His two children where so beautiful that he called them Sun (daughter) and Moon (son), Sun married a man called Glen. Odin and his brothers and their offspring, the Aesir, were angered at such daring. They snatched away both children and placed them in the sky to guide the chariots of the sun and moon - the constellations made by the sons of Bor to light the world out of sparks from Muspell.
Moon leads the way. He guides the moon on its path and decides when he will wax and wane. He does not travel alone, as you can see if you look into the sky; for the Moon in turn plucked two children from Midgard, Bil and Hjuki, whose father is Vidfinn. So much for the Asgardian myths.
Hecate (hek-ah-tee) is an evil goddess concerned with the moon in Olympian myth as far as I know. Her true form is that of a woman with three heads but she’s a shapechanger and can appear as she wills. A provider of food, riches and other desirables, she is also a protector of children.
In the Pharaonic myths Hathor is the goddess of the moon. She is a good woman with the head of a cow. She is a deity of music and dance, art and inspiration.
That’s all the info I know myself, I hope it helps.

It does help but in norse mythology Which if I recall is also Asgardian the moon god is Mani and the sun is Sol.
@Lumiere. Well not really I hope to someday make a doujinshi and I need several moon gods/goddeses for one part. Also to clear up some confusion about Fenrir eating the moon. The way it goes is Fenrir's children Hati and Skoll both chase one god Hati chases Mani and Skoll chases Sol. and when raganorok comes they will finally kill Mani and Sol.

In Greek/Roman mythology the godess of the moon was first called Selene (Greek) or Luna (Roman), but she was later replaced by Artemis/Diana.
