The forum rules here are simple. Anybody with half a brain can post lessons here. The ones deemed most reliable by the moderators get sticky. So please try to be clear on what you're saying and what you are talking about. And please try to keep the lessons basic in nature as I don't want people that are new to this stuff getting in over their head. Simple as that.
This is also the place to post any techniques you have found helpful as well as information that might be useful that is not supposed to be in the other forums.
