I'm sure many people have heard this already, but if you haven't:

During Asylum in England (a fan made convention) Jason Manss performed (I actually really don't know who he is). And while that might not be all that amazing, for his song "Crazy Love" Jensen Ackles sang with him!

I don't have a link to the video at the moment, but I do have a copy of the audio which I shall try to upload soon.

To be honest it's quite hard to hear him, so the video is much better...

Heard another song where he sang with, atleast it said so.
Think it was that song, sweet home alabama... but hey, might be wrong.

Someone posted a link on LJ to a song he sang for "Days of our Lives". I didn't download it though as I'm rather adverse to soap operas.

And I totally forgot to upload that song didn't I? *rectifies that*
