It would depend on what you wanted them for. The moves you we're going to teach them and what stat you wanted to be highest.

Well right now I'm going to rebreed the 3. Empoleon knows Bubblebeam, Surf , Strenght and Peck
Luxray knows Charge, Spark, Crunch and Shock Wave
Straptor knows Close Combat, Aerial Ace, Fly and somehting else

That's a pretty broad goal. I use Fearow. Honchcrow has higher base stats, but Staraptor seems to have a much bigger movepool.

Actually I said Crow at the beginning, but switching is a great idea. You still have to decide on the stat you want bigger for me to help with natures.

Well I kinda want Empoleon to be a tank, Luxray as a sweeper same with Star and crow
