The rules here are simple but are here so that the plaza will run smoothly. When making a store [im calling new topics stores]
- Please do your research (find the price of items your selling and such) as topics that say "Please post the store price then your offer" will not be allowed. Also doing your research will help you offer a fair price that both sides will be happy with.
- If you can don't open your store until everything is ready (by ready i meaning all the items that are for sale are there. Often having the topic title say "do not post yet" will be fine.
- Auctions are fine.
- No offering more than the store price. You can offer to sell it at the price you brought it from the store but no higher. So no "300g" for a "250g" item.
- You have the right not to sell your item if you find the offer is too low for what your selling. BUT the buyer has the right as well to offer a counter offer to your offer.

- Giftboxes (items that you can get wrapped at the store and give to anyone) are not allowed. You have to open it to sell the items.
- Items that look good in the house are allowed but please have more house items than avatar.
- Selling items in your Vending store and saying "i have some stuff in my vending/marketplace store is fine.
- Have a trading pass. They are only 500g.
- Don't flame the buyer if they don't accept your offer
When Buying from a user store
- The buyer has the right not to accept any offer made by the seller.
- Do your research as well.
- Please have a trading pass.
- Don't flame the seller if they don't accept your offer
