Mintaka's Work Journal IntroWelcome to my work journal for Drifting Away. Here you can find informaiton for comssioning from me, and assorted odds and ends of my doings. About MintakaI work for and/or run a number of shops. My first coloring job was with Miaoni, back when Meeki ran it, and after about a month, I was moved to the Faekat Adoption Agency. Within a day I was moved from simply doign baby adoptions to a full colorist, and have been ever since. Since that fateful day of May 19th, 2004, I have worked there, as well as branching out to other thigns including guest work and running quite a few shops. It's been a learning experience to say the least. Gender: Female Can do: Edits, coloring Pet Peeves: Art theft, lying, cheating, general asshattery and stupidity On OrderingI do NOT do payment plans at all for customs. That's the biggest headache I have ever known, and refuse to do it again. Also, please respect the rules about customs/pets as well, as I'd really hate to have to take action against you for doing something stupid. Please please please post orders in the thread so I can't lose them in my inbox of doom. *** You may only claim one slot per opening!!

[ Basic Commissions ]Basic commisisons are non-editted commissions - no alternate hair styles other then the basics, no extra items on them, nothing more then a stock base. They are, however, the cheapest commissions available. Prices are adult and then carousel stage starting. Random Colored: 9,000 gold / 12,000 gold You choose a gender, we choose everything else. It's like a flatsale on damand. Semi-Custom: 15,000 gold / 19,000 gold You choose gender, mane & tail styles, give us up to 4 colors and we put the colors down and types of markings we want. Simple Basic: 30,000 gold / 35,000 gold Simple Markings and simple colorings fall under this, and MOST commisisons should fall under this. However... Complex Basic: 50,000 gold / 60,000 gold Complex markings/patterns, full body major color mixes, and other highly detailed colorings fall under this. To order, please fill out the form when a slot is open and post in the thread with it. [ Light Edit Customs ]These are customs with only hair or accessories added, or both, but not clothing whatsoever. Accessories include bracelets, necklaces, bracers, leg warmers, and other non-clothing edits. If an item is IN the hair as part fo a custom hair style, it counts as ONLY a hair edit, since it's part of editting ONLY the hair. If you want an item added to an existing hair style, it is an accessory edit however (so long as NO hair is being editted at all to be custom). Prices are adult only, then Carousel to adult growing. Hair Only edit: 60k-65k/80k-90k depending on complexity of hair style. Accessory only edit: 60k-70k/70k-80k depending on how many items and how intricate. Hair + Accessory: 75k-90k/95k-100k depending on complexity of request. * We respectfully ask that you not to put unique hairstyles or items to characters on horses who are not cosplays out of respect for the existing character, wether it has been commissioned or not.All requests should include references here of what edits you want, as if we have to go by word alone it makes it difficult. If that is all you have, then please do not be upset if we do not get it completely as envisioned if your words are vague. If your reuqest is an original character or clotheless cosplay please include references to the actual character as proof, and source information (for non-OC characters). [ Cosplay Customs ]These are full-blown cosplays, based on original characters or characters from games, anime, manga, comics, movies or otherwise non-real people. (Please see custom rules in the main thread for more information.) These include hair edits (within reason to fitting the pet), accessories, and clothing edits. In extreme cases it may also include wing or other essential edits to defining the character. Cosplays currently ONLY will come as adults. Prices are adult, then carousel to adult growing. There are two levels of cosplays, as defined below (and in our customs section at our thread): Basic CosplayThese are for all clothed cosplays - at the least this includes a hair edit, a shirt/top edit, and any necessary (non-weapon) accessories required/requested to match the cosplay in question. Basic cosplay: 100k-125k/150-200k, depending on complexity. Intricate Cosplay This includes all of the basic details, but includes more difficult additions such as large weapons, custom wings, or other major edits not included in any other option that fit the cosplay (such as angel or demon wings on a character having them). Intricate Cosplay: 150k-200k/200k-300k, depending on complexity/level of editting required. [ Bribery ]
Occasionally Mintaka will allow herself to be bribed for customs, however the amount needed to bribe will vary based on how much time hse has or how much she FEELS like taking them. This is based more on her time and her will to take on extra work, more then anything, and not based on any sole money value. If she's feeling really ambitious and eager, she'll go lower, but if she's absolutely busy but MIGHT take on more work it will cost more.
Current Bribe Status: Iffy
Current Auto-Bribe: 300k+ editted, 200k+ light-edit, 100k+ non-editted
Current Reasoning: Perhaps I could be reasoned with, although it just depends on how I feel.
How to Bribe:
PM to Mintaka a completely filled out form for what you want, and then include your offer below the form. I will review and get back to you as soon as I can with a yes or no.

Occasionally I may be open to pet trades. Those on the list WILL be accepted if I'm taking bribes - if I'm a little too busy and you don't mind a wait, it's still good. Those not on the list may inquire, but please understand if I say no.

Mintaka-specific Rules
01. Payment must be received within 24 hours, unless arranged prior to sale that you will be unavailable to send.
02. Make sure if you have a proxy, they clearly state who they are claiming for.
03. Do not claim until I say go. Anything attempted before my go is invalidated, even if I am a minute or two late. You have been warned.
04. No trying to 'claim' one is yours and you will have it before a sale. While expressing you liek something is nice, trying to discourage others from trying is rude and will only anger Mintaka. A LOT. So don't do it.
05. Don't whine, guilttrip, etc. on others if you don't win or get the one you wanted. This is in the SHOP RULES but I'm reiterating it. Nothing ruins something fun like bad vibes.
06. Name and attitude after you're confirmed winner in thread, and trade goes to Mintaka.

No, outfit is included in the base 100k, unless it's like an OMFG leabote thing like a decadent dress or multilayer nightmare with lots of details and such... or REALLY complex armors/techncail stuff.
MOST usually won't range too high unless it involves custom wings for some reason or overly abundant editting/detailing.
I'll copy it up to my working area later.
In-thread posting = love. Also, it makes it more clear when someone's tried to claim, so I can avoid being PM bombed.
