Okie dokie, now for the short bit about me. I'm supposed to be in college, and did go to an university for one year, but I'm now taking time off to, well, recoop. Let's just say I was less prepared for the high school to near private university leap than I thought I was, and I was so fried by the time I dropped out that I could barely make sense of 2+2. Oh well, lesson learned. I'm also a major pet person, mostly for cats and parrots (as if my Gaia name wasn't enough of a hint). Right now, I have 3 spoiled rotten cats, but, because our youngest cat is a large Maine Coon that could easily reach any hanging cage, I haven't been able to get any more birds after our last one died from a sudden illness.
I've been on FF.N since May 24, 2003, and for the most part write for the Golden Sun category. It's an RPG series by Camelot and Nintendo for the GBA, but unfortunately was underestimated by the companies, and ended up on the back burner before the conclusion game could go into the making. Somewhere along the line, I apparently developed a small GS fanbase. o.O At times it can be... kinda creepy. I once had a Digimon story that was a spoof on Jeopardy, but it was deleted when FF.N brought in the "no script format" rule. I also had a Pokemon fanfic in the works at one point, but then Misty was replaced by damsel-in-distress May in the anime, and the series just died for me right there. Almost forgot: I have a couple unposted Zelda fics as well.
Anyways, fan fiction's been a really good practice method for my writing, and it has definitely helped me to improve. I have an account at FictionPress.com as well, but so far I've opted to post bits and pieces of my original fiction in my dA account instead.
