This thread is designed with the goal of creating one great big off-topic discussion thread that is convenient to get to. Talk about what you want, spam, whatever.
The reason I have made this thread here is to make it as convenient as possible for everyone to reach. Sure, going that one link further into a subforum may be easy, but it's tedious.

Topic starter: It's my birthday on the 23rd, and it was Sieg's today.
Topic starter: For our school's Queensland Core Skills practice test, I got the 2nd highest overall score, and the highest writing task result 64/86. Needless to say I was both suprised and happy.
@Nightjar: I just bought pokemon Emerald, and I'm going to get Pearl. Pokemon masters unite!

As soon as i get down to Westfields i'm picking up my Full Metal Alchemist boxset and pokemon emerald. I literally have no choice but to purchase eiter diamond or pearl as the release date is my birthday lol.
I had my first anti match of magic at school today. I'm not sure chris knew what he was getting in to but it was only an uncommon i won from him. Monday however we're playing for rares and now he's had a taste of my deck he might have something waiting for me. I've changed my deck a little after todays match and it should run smoother and faster now.
Just a question for the crew, do any of you guys want the first 5 dvd's of gantz? I've decided to just buy the boxset so i get the art box and the last 3 dvd's without having to wait around.

The thing I started to dislike about magic was the rare cards. I remember at tournaments there was 1 or 2 people that i beat horribly just because i had more money and therefore better cards. Then i'd go to the next round only to be beaten by a guy with even better and more expensive cards. It's abit unfair.
You know what you should try for some fun? Peasant decks. Only 4 uncommons allowed in the deck, the rest must be common. GREAT fun.

Funny, i always knew how to say it, just not how to spell it. Now i know, thanx.
I could possibly play a peasant deck but the fact is i have a large majority of the better cards out of everyone i verse, mostly rare. Even if i did play a peasant deck i'm not sure everyone elsewould be so keen seeing as they spent so much on their own cards.

I play a Red black Magic deck that doesn't really rely on any single rare card. Its a Madness/burn deck. The only rare I have in it is Jaya Ballard, Task mage, and whilst it does rape when I do play it, I can almost always win without it anyway.

I haven't seen my pokemon in nearly a year... but i gotta know something. The chances of getting a shiny pokemon is pretty rare and more then anything i want shiny raquazza. Do you reckon you could just stand in front of him, save then attack him, if it's not shiny reset and try again? Or the first time you meet him seals what he becomes?

I do, but kingdra has the best type combo in the game IMO, I play like a phazer/defensive metagame. so it all works in my favor, the heavy attackers are all balanced by some defensive flare. BTW I have reserves Jolteon rain dance thunder agility HPice and one of my personal fav's sure to annoy the ******** OUT OF ANYONE Ludicolo with raindish raindance leech seed swagger protect Milotic surf calm mind ice beam toxic
