Message from Name Face Pen Dead, "N"This is a basic body, mind tunning exercise. What you will need is:
A hand ((preferbly one not chopped off since you won't feel it.))
An object that means a lot to you.
Time
Focus... well not that much focus, you can have music playing.
Okay, lay down the object of worth somewhere where you can reach it. I do not suggest a hot surface because that just hurts. Now hold your hand approximately 1-1 1/2 feet above the object. Now close your eyes ((if you have to concentrate that way.)) and try to feel for your heart and pulse running up to your hand. After long enough you can feel slight tingles. Now slowly move it towards the object, think of why it's important, the tingles should be stronger. Slowly keep lowing your hand until you feel like you are going to touch the object, this will feel like the tingles became a solid object. If dome correctly, you will be no more than an inch away from the object. This is called awareness of Spirit threads between myself and my dad.
Debugging:
Is the object really that valuable to you?
Do you have a cold?
Is your surroundings too annoying?

uh, you know, in spirituality, when you think, it dispels the power involved with the act of the WILL strands (which is what I assume you're talking about; the invisible force which moves things around, and the like). And you don't need to put your hand over a personal item either. The WILL strands come from the mid section just below the stomach, so you don't need use your hand and the close, personal items are just plain useless. Also, when you use the WILL, you have to be in a meditative state (clear of thought and relaxed), plus you have to earn your WILL strands from meditation. And just being aware of them is pretty useless. You have to gain enough to move something for it to be entertaining, even then it's still kinda' useless, though. The Real way. No offense.
