Kibostu: Was walking along he had met a few different mares lately but no one was really one to stand out the other mares were friends to him. But kibostu was beginning to feel a bit lonely he need to find something to perk himself up. So he decided to head to the meadows hopeing maybe picking some flowers for his mom might cheer himself up.

A slight breeze ruffled the lone female's long rainbow hued mane as she tipped her muzzle to taste it as if drinking something cool and refreshing. She trotted lightly across the meadow, no longer as frightened of the open expanse as she had once been. Perhaps it came from her new "herd", if Adoni & Brice could be called that. It was nice, having someone other than butterflies to talk with.
Speaking of which, a group of her constant 'escort' was fluttering to a particularly lovely patch of spring flowers and twitching their antenae in excitement to convince the winged equu to follow quickly. With a light laugh gold hooves topped with grass-marked socks rose into the air before the female gave a playfull whinny and galloped to the indicated location, reveling in the feel of mane & tail flying behind her.
A herd was good... but after so long alone with only herself & her butterflies for company sometimes Flutterby needed time off on her own. Besides, the meadow was safe.
She was so focused, the mare did not notice the other equu on the meadow -nor did her butterfly escort diegn to bring him to her attention. Yet.

Kibostu: Walked out of the shadows of the forest and then looked around. The sun was bright and it was a lovely day as Kibostu began to look at all the flowers that were in bloom on the meadows. It was then Kibostu saw a sky blue mare with ainbow hair standing in the mist of the meadows. He didnt know who this mare was but she didnt seem like one who would scre him. So Kibostu went over to her and nickered a hello walking a little more up to where the mare was and waiting to see if she had heard him.

A skittishness learned rather than natural caused the female to startle at the greeting that drew her short mid-gallop. Butterfly markings on her legs and neck seemed to come alive with movement as the muscles beneath them rippled. Brown eyes glanced accusingly at butterfly guards that had not warned her someone was near. Butterflies were as butterflies are and they flitted without remorse or apology, the closest easing sentiment given the mare was their casual display of no fear.
Huffing an exasperated breath at her 'friends' sending them scattering from her face and their cavortings with her mask so that she could have a clear view when looking in the direction of the call. Nothing ventured, nothing gained... Flutterby whinnied an answering greeting.

Kibostu: Smiled and happily said Hello my name is Kibostu it is a pleasure to meet you. Kibostu said happily as he walked up to her and continued on to say I am sorry but I didnt understand your saying do you mean a fancy hello by what you just said. Kibostu said while he watched the butterflies around the mare in front of him.

The female relaxed at his pleasant sounding words. She noticed the strange red nose and tried to remember something her herd-brother Brice made comment on once, about having met a red-nosed equu. He had not mentioned blue fur... but perhaps they were kin? A slow smile touched her mouth & eyes.
Fancy? Her hello? A nicker of laughter bubbled gently from her, tickling from her belly out as it did. "Not meant to be fancy. No. I'm... not really used to other equus." Raised by butterflies since losing her parents until coming across the meadow, meeting only a handful of equu before finding Adoni & Brice and forming a small herd of the three of them ... Flutterby was certainly lacking in social experience. "It's a pleasure to meet you, Kibostu. My parents named me Flutterby."
Her right foreleg pawed the ground shyly, large brown eyes looking up from the action to smile warmly. Sometimes she felt still the filly that she had been when still with her sire and dam.

Kibostu: Smiled as he watched the filly it is very nice to meet you Flutterby your name is very pretty. Kibostu said as he watched her and then continued on to say are you feeling a bit nervous flutterby you said your not sure you are goos at socailizeing but to tell you the truth neither am I. I am shy and timid and scare easily so he he that is why I am always seen alone he he. Maybe would you like to pick some flowers together and talk a little do you have the time. Kibostu asked with a smile.

A playful grin touched her expressive brown eyes, front hooves tapping back and forth as a butterfly moved to settle on the male's large red nose. Lightly she shifted her rainbow tipped wings creating a soft russling sound. "Okay."
Flicking her mane from one side to the other Flutterby trotted sideways two steps with a smile for him to join her. "But let's just smell them, okay? I don't know about you, but I don't have places to keep them well long." A flash of mirth in her eyes. "Unless you like flower crowns or flowers woven into your mane & tail. My friends are good at that."
Hearing the unexpected praise the butterflies all trilled softly with their wings as the mare giggled.

Kibostu: Looked at the flowers and then over to Flutterby. Can they make some flower crowns to give my mother Kibo said with a smile. Dont worry I like the flowers and it be great to learn more about them I am not an expert on flowers but if you know more about flowers I would love to learn from you. Kibostu said with a smile.

The butterflies fluttered happily at the female's whinnying laugh and instantly there were more, coming in from all over -plucking flowers to weave into crowns of blue and white. "I'm no flower expert. Just know what I like." Flutterby giggled watching the butterflies' activities before leaning down to sniff a delicate bloom with a sweet & light scent. Brown eyes lifted from that position to smile kindly up at the male. "And what I can determine from the butterflies which ones they prefer the nectars of.

Kibostu: Smiled and then said thats very interesting and nice to know. How many flowers does your butterfly friends prefer over the other flowers. Kibostu asked curious about the butterflies and there favorite nectors they liked to eat.

"How many?" Flutterby nickered softly; a soft laugh. She lifted her only her large brown eyes to the male. "They don't really communicate as we do, but I have noticed they prefer the white over the blues and the yellow over the white."
Her gaze drifted again to her butterfly escort, smiling as they finished a white and blue crown and between them carried it and dumped it on the head of the red-nosed male. She giggled. "They also prefer the medium sized flowers over something large, like a rose."

Kibostu: Looked over smileing and his nose shining a bit as he blushed and swived the flower wreath to his mouth. He then looked over again at Flutterby and said so that makes at least 3 different nectors that your butterfly friend like better then all the rest of the flowers here in the meadow. I find that very interesting Kibostu said with a big smile.

Interesting? Flutterby's blue ears flicked back and forth lightly. Then she smiled. "I supposed it is interesting. I... never really thought about it before."
Her brown gaze fell on the male lightly, head tilting ever so slightly to the side. The butterflies, giggling to themselves, had begun another flower crown. "What about you, Kibostu? What do you like to do?"
