This is a slightly silly topic because I'm in a silly mood. Its really just all about posting what you don't believe. You can write a list or you can say what you don't believe in an why. Either is cool. It's just that we spend a lot of time talking about believing in this or that, but you know, I'm always curious in knowing what people dis-believe in too. It doesn't have to be pagan specific, it can be anything you don't believe in, are skeptical of or highly doubt.

Beofore I start this disbelief party though let me throw out a couple of things to keep in mind.
1. If someone doesn't believe in something you do believe in, try not to be offended or to flame that person. We aren't here to agrue about what we do or don't believe and if you want to do that, by all means make your own thread dedicated to this topic. This one is to probe into disbelief though.

2. Try not to be insulting in what you do and don't believe in. You know saying that X is stupid and what not. A simple I don't believe suffices or giving out reasons and not just slamming whatever it is.

3. I will lock this topic if it gets to edgey and if I think people are getting too insulting I will pm you and ask for you to edit your post blah blah all that good stuff that no one really wants to happen.

Ok, so I don't believe that Jesus Christ existed. I mean he could of, but the more that I read the more I question his existance.

I don't think that people can levitate using mental aiblities.

I don't think people can bend spoons with their minds.

I don't think dragons physically exist.

I don't think dragons on the astral planes are sweet and gentle creatures, though I'm not opposed to thought form dragons behaving in such a manner.

I don't believe in Sylvia Brown.

I don't believe in starseeds, indigos, and am highly doubtful of other kin.

I don't think faeries are nice friendly creatures and I don't think that they have ever physically existed in this plane.

I don't believe that Charmed, The Wicker Man, The Craft or any other pagan movie or show attempts to portray the pagan scene and I don't believe these works of fiction are anything to get worked up about.

I don't believe in a lot of other stuff, but I think that's it for now.

I don't believe in Jesus Christ or just one God either. Or that even if they are trying to describe the top notch god (in my opinon Zeus, and the other top notches of each culture) they do a horrible job.

I do know people can leviate THINGS if they really try and have been gifted with the power and ability. Not just anyone can randomly go out and try it. I do know I could, and stil lcan levitate objects, but no, not myself. I'm sure if possibly could be done, but that would take much practice, and many abilities.

I doubt someone can randomly bend a spoon with there mind. That would take reshaping the object, and more power then levitating yourself.

I think there are people with the spirits of dragons. So physically, no I don't think they exist. But only spiritually.

LMAO Dragons, sweet and gentle? Bullshit. They're are nice ones, but they only become that way (as far as I know do to my babies, Chara and Catrena) by you saving there lives. They don't like being bound.

I believe in other kin, highly.

Faes can be...helpful. But normally for a price. However all are different. And no, I've only seen them in a spiritual type of essence, so I don't think they are physically here on earth.

I don't believe in any of those other things either. I also think it's sad that they make it seem all natural and special. The Craft, I would have to say is the closest out of the 3 though, (never seen the Wicker Man, and I personally Love Piper from Charmed)

I don't believe that any one religion or path is the "right path".

I don't believe in following dogma.

I don't believe in impossibility.

I don't believe that physical existence is where we end.

I don't believe that everyone claiming to be an otherkin actually is.

I don't believe that everyone claiming to astral project actually does.

I don't believe a lot of pagans/occultist types know how to stay objective.

I don't believe that energy as we know it is the end-all of ability or power.

I don't believe a lot of the stuff I see on the news.


Also, I LOL at you not believing in Sylvia Brown, although I think you mean you don't believe she's actually psychic, as opposed to not believing she is actually existent. blaugh

Speaking of which, I don't believe in objectivity.

Or truth, reality, mental illness, morality, good and evil, and the legitimacy of most the people found in these guilds.

I'm not a Christian and I don't believe Jesus was a mesaiah but there really isn't any disputing that he exsisted. Its a historically and scientifically proven fact. If you are going to make that argument that you don't believe he existed than you can make the arguement that you don't believe Queen Elizabeth I existed or Confucious or any other historical figure. Heck you can't even say that your great-great-great- grandparents exsisted

Really and what documentation are you refering to? I know that Tactuis refers to a mispelled possible Christ, but we don't hear anything about him other than Pilate killed him. Besides there are many religious stories similar to those of the bible so it woul be easy for a person to create him.

Ressurection has reminded me that I don't believe in good or evil.

I don't believe in fate.

What do you believe in then? What do you mean by reality?

I don't belive in absolute Fate or Destiny either, I think that there is a goal that the Gods have set up for every single person and it's up to them to either reach it or not.

I don't believe that Jesus was the son of ANY god, I think that perhaps he was insane.
