D.O.A Member Cards
The cards are of no cost. You simply need to fill out the simple form below and I'll check back here as often as possible. Oce the card is finished it will be PM'ed to you. I host them on Photobucket but I suggest you save the card yourself and host it on your own photobucket account or just somewhere else as I WILL delete it from my photobucket account after five days.
Here's what the cards look like...
I am not really in the habit of customizing them and I will make special ones for a select group. However, if you'd like something specific added, like another line of text or something in the background, it'll be 1k. No nogociations there. 1k.
Here's the form. You are allowed to post it here but PLEASE do NOT pm it to me. If you do so, I simply won't make your card. Once you post the form I'm going to assume you want your current avatar used, if not then please include the avatar you would like me to use for the card. Random ID#'s will be generated for your card, you can't pick your number. The 'Class' is simply what kind of Demon you are.
