Reasons:
Satoshi likes him as a friend, Dasiuke was his first friend, he loves him AS A FRIEND! ^^
FRIEND!
Dai loves Riku. =3
Satoshi has a thing for Risa! -spoiler-
Satoshi may seem to deeply care for Dai, same for Dai to Sato... but I think thats because they understand each other with the whole 'other half' thing, and both have to compete with Dark. Satoshi has to catch him, Dai has to vie for love against him

Very good points, indeed. Daisuke clearly loves Riku, and Satoshi MAY have a thing for Risa (though this is only VERY subtly hinted in the anime). I, personally, am not very fond of Daisuke/Satoshi as a pairing. I dislike Krad/Daisuke even more, though...
But I digress.
Daisuke and Riku make a very cute couple, but I definitely can't see Satoshi and Risa. I mean...DARK likes Risa (which is why he can't ever be gay for Krad) and Krad really just doesn't like anyway. I don't think that he really loves Satoshi, but more or less that he IS using him.
...Right.

Sato and Risa are both observant.
I mean, no one else in school was able to figure out Satoshi was leader of capture Dark squad (minus Dai, but thats only because he IS Dark... sorta) and she did. The scene where the two are in that well trap, book 3, Risa says something about 'maybe its because we both love him... satoshi.' And she saw through his disguise. (Even though Satoshi was TOTALLY convincing as a female... he gots legs >< ) and Dark couldn't see through the guise either.
Dark is confusing about who he likes... in my opinion he really sees good points in all girls and flirts with them all. He does this with Riku, Toto, and jesh Risa. But I must admit, Risa has a certain place in Dark's mind.... silly manga and anime differences... you can't really knwo if they are going to coincide or not.... D:
Whose using Sato? Y'mean Krad? Most definitely, no love there, just pure puppet leeching.

I agree, Daisuke definatly has a thing for Riku. And Satoshi, not so sure about that guy.

It gets on my nerves when fangirls fawn over the SatoshixDaisuke pairing. Yes, Satoshi seems like a bit of a fruit and Daisuke has his girly moments but C'MON! Daisuke looks like this little kid going through puberty while Satoshi is this serious no-nonsense guy. I don't see how anyone can picture them together!! scream

totally agree; besides, in vol.11, didn't it mention that satoshi had a hate/anger gene and not a love gene? smile
I really hope satoshi ends up with risa; even though dark does like risa in a way, i can't see him with anyone in the end. confused

Hi! I'm new... I read just some of the relplies in here because I got lazy... And I don't like people posting yaoi stories. For this anime, yes, but for others, well that's another story. mrgreen Especially when it has a comedy genre... *evil grin*
Zakuro: Disagree with the hate gene... So why did he transform when he saw Risa falling from the tower on the Argentine Arc?
