Appearance: Looks to be in his late 20's with short black hair and bright green eyes. When he uses his magic scales form on his body and wings sprout, along with claws.
Biography: After he gained control over his powers he began his mission to become the most powerful being. He trained under many other of the enlightened only to seek more power. He began to beleive that simply becoming more powerful was not enough, he would destroy all other sentient life to ensure that his placce of power would never be threatened.
