If anyone's in or around the Denver, Colorado area this weekend, I just found out that there's going to be something called Opus Fantasy Fest in DTC (Denver Tech Center). It runs from Firday afternoon through Sunday evening and aside from a bunch of generally cool stuff, George R.R. Martin is going to be one of their spotlight guests. They're currently waiting on his approval for the schedule, so nothing is listed for him (sadly the chance to join him for a private five course meal is already sold out) but from the sound of it he's going to be participating all weekend. It looks like it could be a lot of fun so if you're going to be in town, check out the website and see if you can drop by.

Yeah, he was actually at the Tattered Cover right after the release of A Feast for Crows, but I didn't find out about it until the day of and I couldn't make it because of work.
