What are things that you think an honorable person would or would not do in Pokemon? Just because you break the rules doesn't mean you have no honor, that means you are a rule breaker, a rogue. Even Rogues have honor.

So, post away!

Making Pokemon 'unnatural." Hacking to obtain the poke is one thing, but hacking to change it's stats and abilities is just deplorable.

Oh okay. I think hacking to get a shiny is oksy but hacking to get a shiny with 999 as evry stat is bad, it's bad on any pokemon but I think it's worse on shinys.

I don't mind hacking for stats if you use them for yourself, as futther enjoyment of your own game. But using them in contests/torniments/ect. Without telling your opponent first is bad.

I don't mind hacking for stats as long as you keep the stats possible, i.e.) Calculating the actual possible EVs beforehand.

An honourable person wouldn't hack Pokes that aren't possible, like a Charizard with Dive.

Not good:
Hacking a pokemon to get move sets that the pokemon would never normally have.

Hacking a pokemon to get max stats and using that pokemon in a link battle. It's an unfair advantage.

Good:
Raising a pokemon well and giving it rare candies, protein, iron, etc.

Teaching proper move sets to the pokemon.

Fair battles against other players (like having each others pokemon levels around the same. not having battles where your opponent has lv. 80 pokemon and your pokemon is lv. 40. that's an unfair advantage).

I beg to differ. I have Tyranitars with Outrage and a Luxray with Elemental Fangs.

What I mean is don't teach moves to a pokemon who can't learn those moves. Charizard can't learn surf.
