NARUSAKU PWNS NARUHINA! ... er... xD no offense taken, ne? *hides* O.o
I think it's because NarutoxSakura is alot more of devotness, deep, natural relationship, while NarutoxHinata is more of a crush/admiration.

NaruSakura Non taken. ^^
I think that Naruto and Sakura will never work, the feelings that Naruto felt earlier was a crush. But now I find that Naruto does truley love Sakura but as a Sis, not as a girl/friend. Naruto and Hinata are so sweat I mean the whole Hinata being inspierd by Naruto is just so cute. xd

Many people say its sibling love beacuse neither of them show 'passionate' feelings for each other (such as blushing, always thinking of that person...)
I came across an interesting research... Researchers (Hatfield & Rapson, 1995) have broken up love into two main types:
* Passionate love which involves continuously thinking about the loved one and also involves warm sexual feelings and powerful emotional reactions. * Companionate love is having trusting and tender feelings for someone who is close to you.
So although Naruto doesn't seem to have all these 'feelings' for Sakura, both Naruto and Sakura have tender feelings for each other. Even Sai stated once, that 'Hm...you're very gentle (tender) to Naruto-kun.' (to Sakura).
I see NaruHina as passionate. Hinata CONSTANTLY thinks of Naruto, and always blushes/faints when she sees him. But as the research goes on further, it says:
Companionate love is often enduring, while passionate love is almost always transitory.

Eheh, this is from another research. gonk
Quote: The theory that opposites attract is a myth, say a group of U.S. scientists who have found men and women are more likely to choose partners who are similar -- or they believe are similar -- to themselves. But the new research indicates that an ideal match is more important and marriage between equivalent people has the best chance of success, say the scientists from Cornell University in New York. Between similar matches there was less chance of breaking apart and therefore more stability to bring up children.
[This was taken from a manifesto] heir similarities, I feel, also help them better reach to each other: how Naruto triggered Sakura's stubborness against Ino, how I think he's helped her find her own place by realizing that it's okay to be like that stubborn brat, how Naruto was probably attracted to Sakura's fire as well. Because they're similar, when they look up to the other, they actually bring out their own strengths as well.
And at the same time, they also manage to be complimentary. Those articles said as much: a base of similarities, and a dash of complimentary.
- as ew-younerd once said, although the two are both loud and extroverts around each other, Naruto is more "judgemental", while Sakura tends to be more "perceptive." Sakura's ability to analyze, express, initiate self-change and think is complimented by Naruto's ability to show people his perspective, emote, act, and initiate change around him. Naruto's impulsiveness is cancelled out by Sakura's analyzing, and Sakura's self-doubt is cancelled out by Naruto's unwavering belief in her. - in dealing with tasks, Naruto has more drive, but Sakura can back him up with intelligence when needed. I see this as source of more interaction and occasion for the two to appreciate each other's strengths.[/manifesto]
So I mean, think abotu it. Sure, when it comes to clothing and such, opposites match quite alot! As wel as the magnets...but humans? I don't think so. I barely have any friends that are shy because I don't think I'll be able to talk to those people, and I get a little nervous. I get uncomfortable. Same with love. Since Naruto and Sakura are similar, they'll be able to have a mutual, healthy relationships.
Do you think a hyperaftive kid like me who is wierd, energetic, and hot-tempered would go out with a shy, quiet, low-self esteem girl like me who doesn't have any same interests? Nah. He'd drive me 'crazy'. =/

Hum...I am a big fan of NejiTen.
But I like all pairings, so it's fine. Well, except one, but it's a crack pairing, so it's nothing big.
And yes I do like all pairings. Yaoi, Yuri, Hetero or whatever, yeah. Name it and I do like it. Like it, Tolerate it, Love it. Yeah. I only love one pairing and like...two pairings that are somewhere in between Liking and loving. x]
I notice there are alot of NaruHina VS. NaruSaku going around. ^^;;
Well, you can disagree with me or whatever, because I don't go very indepth with either pairings, even if I support both of them. But, if you wanted me to generalize both pairings, they'd both be a bit one-sided. As Hinata likes Naruto, who likes Sakura, who likes Sasuke, who likes---Well, power. x] But then again, if there's any evidence of a pairing as such, it's most likely one-sided. >__> And some pairings don't seem to be that big of a deal with screen time, so it's a no-sided. xD
Also a word about NaruHina--It's almost like...95% Admiration. Also, the thing about Naruto cheering Hinata on and such...Naruto cheers everyone on, don't you think? He does cheer alot of people on; Not only Hinata.
And if you're beginning to question whether or not I support the pairing, yeah I do. But every pairing I like has big flaws. And since I support just about every pairing (Except one) that means every pairing has it's flaws. >]

My pairing opinions seem contraversial to a lot of people for a lot of reasons, but they make sense to me.
I am against all team pairings except ChoIno, KibaHina, and Sandcest.
Here are my favorite pairings (not including Yoai/Yuri of course sweatdrop )(and yes, I know most of them are crack, but I love them anyways......GaaSaku aint crack though! scream ... sweatdrop )
~GaaSaku ~SasoSaku ~SaiSaku ~KanSaku ~ItaSaku ~GenSaku ~KakaTema ~ShikaTema ~GaaTema ~KanTema ~KibaTema ~NejiHina ~KibaHina ~ChoIno ~KakaAnko ~KisaKura ~AzuKura ~KakaTsu ~DeiAnyone
Pairings I don't like.
~SasuAnyone ~HakuAnyone ~ShinoIno ~KibaIno ~NaruAnyone (for now wink ) ~ShikaIno ~ChoSaku ~ChoTema ~ItaIno ~SasoIno ~KakaKura ~OroTsu ~KabuTsu ~JaraTsu

The name 'Naruto' was purposely put into the manga because it's the name of The Great Naruto Bridge (which actually exists, and which exists in the manga as well, from the Mist Arc).
But the name Naruto has something to do with 'fish-cake'...Like, that you put on ramen.
I'm going to post a few thoughts about my favorite Hinata pairings. NejiHina, and SasuHina. Might also be a bit anti-NaruHina.
NejiHina - yes, they are, I will openly admit, cousins. That is often counted as a flaw, and a reason why this pairing is 'impossible, unreliable, and disgusting.'
I highly disagree. First off, to disprove how them being cousins effects the relationship at all.
In 29 states, and in Japan and other cultures, marrying your cousin, or just a mere relationship with a cousin, is legal and does not count as incest.
Yes, even 1st cousins like Neji and Hinata could marry and no one would bat an eyelash.
The Hyuuga clan is one of the most prestigous clans in Konoha, isn't it? The Uchiha clan was stronger before it was wiped out, but right now, the Hyuuga clan, with its Byakugan, is the strongest clan of all.
Inbreeding, is a way to keep the bloodline pure. You have to admit that that is true. Not long ago, it was an easy way to keep intruders out, and imagine, the Hyuuga clan, being so snippy and obsessed with their abilities, wouldn't want the HEIRESS marrying outside of the clan, and spilling out secrets. Thus, Hiashi would want her to marry her cousin, the prodigy, Neji.
Is that my only reason for liking and supporting the pairing? Of course not. How could it be?
When they were children, there is no doubt that Neji liked Hinata.
'She's kind of cute, father!' he exclaims with excitement, seeing his younger cousin for the first time. There is a look in his eyes, happiness, hope. While they are training, in said flashback, he's watching her, as if captivated by the small girl attacking her father and trying her hardest. His admiration for Hinata and her courage is very strong, and even during the chuunin exams, it does exist.
He tells her to give up. She cannot change. Fate has already been decided. Neji is blinded, and Hinata helps give him realization that yes, people can change! Because of that, and his fight with Naruto, Neji realized that Hinata was correct...There is no fixed destiny. You have control over yourself.
He begins to treat her well again. And of course, our dear little Hinata can't hold a grudge. She forgives him, even though he caused her great pain, and suffering.
Over the time-skip, it's obvious they had to spend more time together. I have this feeling that we're going to learn that it was thanks to Neji that Hinata became a chuunin.
How could they not spend time together, anyways, considering they...live together?
Well...I'll say more on the topic if anyone responds. ^^

It's 'fish cake', not 'fish paste'. =3
Fish paste is the phrase used in Spongebob. ='3
Great, now I want some ramen...*sighs* D';
And I agree with everything you said! It's such a logical paring! And yet, it's adorable. =3
