okay people, I have a problem. A ton of my dude on my saphire game caught the pokerus and I need to know everything it does before I start using them again. all I know is that they will gain double EV points.

I have a party full of pokemon infected with pokerus

Yes, the Pokerus doubles EVs gained during battle.

Yeah that's pretty much it. It isn't harmful, if you're at all worried. ;P My boyfriend traded me a marill, and it got it [pkrs] once it got to my side, and then spread to all my pokemon. xP I always joke with him that he gave me "Poke-aids" . XD

Pokerus is a helpful infection that doubles the EXP. gained in battle.......i once had an Entei with Pokerus..no Action Replay

It will be able to spread from a pokemon for 24hours, then you will have a "smile" icon in the bottom corner. After that it will not spread anymore BUT your pokemon will still get twice the EV points untill it reaches the max of 510. Also as long as the pokemon is in the box the pokerus will stay active.

Also as long as the pokemon is in the box the pokerus will stay active. also, if you are going to take it out, make sure you check your game clock. after you put it in your box, it will last untill midnight, so make sure its in teh box before that...hmmm....just like cinderella....o.0

at first, i had pokerus and i had know idea until i went to bulbapedia. pretty much pokerus helps the pokemon(s) stats
