While Underneath the Well in Ocarina of Time, drop down to the bottom floor and allow the Wallmaster's shadow to loom above you while standing in front of a ladder. In the moment that it drops down to get you, begin to climb the ladder. If timed correctly, you should be able to watch Link climbing up a ladder whilst screaming and being attacked by the Wallmaster.

(I found this out while at Max's house, we were just messing around in the Well and found this glitch.)
