Listen. I love the GTS system, I really do. It makes getting a pokemon you don't have easy (besides the fact that most people on there try to make outrageous trades like Dialga for Shinx). But the fact that you can't look for a pokemon you haven't seen is just idiotic. Isn't it annoying when you want to find a Pokemon you haven't seen, but you can't get it because you haven't seen it before. It probably wouldn't be so bad if you could get Pokedex data on Wifi battles but you can't stare And then they want to take away the item storage system so it takes 5 minutes to scroll down your inventory. But seroiusly though, does anyone else think the GTS system has some flaws?

If The GTS allowed you to search for Pokemon you hadn't seen before, then that would make it too easy to get the National Dex. THat would ruin the challenge of the game.

Just in case you haven't noticed, Jirachi and Celebi don't exactly run free. And I'd rather complete the game without an AR (unless I'm looking for shinies 3nodding )

My friend told me it made Pokedex entries on Pokemon he saw on wifi battle tower o.o
It was probably just coincidences, or he lied...

Then you have to find someone who has Jirachi and Celebi. The only thing I can say is that the GTS is fair. It should allow you more choices
after getting the National Dex, but you can't do anything about it

If your looking to trade for things you haven't seen, you can always ask people online, or even better, ask people the guild biggrin
In my opinion, GTS can be pretty useless most of the time (Doesn't mean I don't use it, but I barely do at all). Can't get a decent anything unless you're willing to give up level 100 Dialgas and Palkias.

Listen, all I'm trying to do is make small talk with other members of this guild, I'm not trying to put down anyone. All I'm saying is, somethings in this game are annoying, that's all, I've said nothing else besides that. But I don't think the GTS is fair only because you can't collect Pokedex data on WiFi. As far as not having the choice of searching for Pokemon on GTS you haven't seen, I can respect that. Regardless, you have to admit: Completeing the Pokedex is extremely difficult. Although, nothing worth having comes easy.

Since most of it's filled with noobcake trades, I just want to look up which people want a certain pokemon, and if I like what they're offering I'd trade. It's kinda hard to do that the other way around xD

I agree with you on the item storage thing...I prefer to be organized, now I have NO way to do that item wise...they also made it the 'can't see can't trade' thing because they have national dex pokemon on the GTS. Gamefreak does NOT want you to get a national dex pokemon when you dont even have the national dex...and creating a non national dex and a national dex trade system would cost too much.
