What I mean is that even though he's mean, and did very bad things in the sixth books (which I still say is because dumlbedore told him to, so that draco wouldn't get in trouble) that he is just a big, scary teddy bear! You know, one of those people who you just need to be patient with, and wait around until he is ready to open up to you.
So, what do you think? Am I right? Or am I wrong?

i think he did what he did because of the unbreakable oath (vow?) he made to keep draco safe. i am still upset about it though...hate for snape is getting less and less over time.

I always did find Snape loveable and all that jazz. I never did get mad at him, infact I was almost jumping with joy when it happened.
