I'm personally a huge fan of Zutara. It seems like it could be very interesting, and it would create a lot of oppurtunities for character development. Plus, it goes with the show's theme of balance and harmony.

Blah! No way in hell! She did it out out of sympathy. Compare how many times She's hugged kissed and touched Aang to the ONE time she oooh touched his eye. Big woop. lol She ended up using that healing water to help Aang in the end HA!

I actually like AangxKatara more than ZukoxKatara. Zutara does give more character development and such, so it is a good paring; I just like AangxKatara better. =3
Kinda reminds me of NaruSaku. Cept in the beginning, Katara didn't think Aang was annoying. sweatdrop

Hugs and kisses on the cheek can be seen as friendly or sisterly affection. Not necessarily romantic love. And it's not the fact that Katara touched him, it's the fact that Zuko let her touch his scar, because that's something he's incredibly sensitive about. He shoved away Song's hand when she tried to touch his scar, but he willing let Katara touch it.
Yeah, she healed Aang because he got shot with lightning. Anyone would've healed him, even if they had a platonic friendship with him.

I'm sure Aang didn't see it that way, but we can't be too sure of Katara. The show hasn't really given any hints about how Katara really feels about Aang, so we can only guess as of yet.
Yeah, she probably did do it out of sympathy. But the fact that she can feel sympathetic toward someone she thought was the scum of the earth shows that her feelings about could change.
