I had a quick question for everybody. When I walk for a while (for a couple hours), my knee really starts to hurt, to the point where I can hardly walk on it. I don't like to take medications- I'm one of those people that figures I'm hurting for a reason, so numbing it can't be good. sweatdrop I was wondering if anybody knew some stretches or exercises I could do, maybe to at least lessen the pain a bit. I think part of the problem is that I walk on the outside of my feet, as the pain diminished (but didn't disappear) when I concentrated on walking correctly. Any ideas?

I'd suggest getting them looked at by a physio or even see a podiatrist for orthodics.

It could just be simply you are doin too much, or you could have some issues with your knee (ligament, cartilage or joint problem)

*is the same way*

Um...it sounds like you might have some kind of knee problem and might want to get it checked out with a doctor. Are you overweight or anything? Being able to walk a couple hours is good...but your knees shouldn't be in pain like it seems afterwards. confused
