The Contest has closed!

And I the guild mule shall be hosting it!
Why? Because the captains can all get on me, so they can monitor you all! Don’t you feel special?!

Anyways, I suggest you read this whole thing, because otherwise you will be left incredibly confused and you might not follow all the rules, and then your soul will be eaten. And no one wants that! 4laugh

So, what you’re going to do is take a banner, and post it in a random chatter box forum. Yes I understand that the real world of gaia is scary, and you’d rather just stay here in your little warm shell of a guild… but you’re going to have to suck it up and brave it… so that you can earn yourself some gold!

So, along with the banner ((I’ll provide links for you to copy and paste in a later post)) You will need a slogan that will go along with it, to catch peoples interest you know?

What to say?!

We ask that you... no wait, we say that you need to have something additional.

Aka: something describing the freezing fire guild!

The thing is, we don't really have much. We have:

"The Freezing Fire guild is a small community of close, fun, random members. Don't think it's just an ordinary role playing or chatting guild...we have a twist! The Freezing Fire guild contains a community of superheroes! That's right. Superheroes! When you join the guild, you create an alter ego that has superpowers. Use this alter ego to role play, or just get more gold!"

If you have anything else, pm me ((the mule)) your ideas.

You will not be permitted to say whatever. You have to have something standardized, unless it was pre approved. Which takes longer. The contest starts June 1st, so get what you want to say in quickly.

GIVE ME IDEAS! ...please?

Rules!

1. Follow TOS.
2. Read peoples first posts, if they specifically say no spam or advertising, don't post in their forum, we don't want to get into trouble.
3. If all required information is not in your post, it will not be counted, so make sure you have it ALL. (We are going through all the posts, so don't even try cheating.)
4. The point of this is advertising. So make sure you grab people's attention.
5. smile
6. Don't make fun of the smiley face.
7. Make sure you follow the steps-of-procedure, as not to screw up Holly, Christina, Kelsey or yourself.

The contest for dummies!
What to do, step by step

I do suggest everyone reads this, so that you don't screw up and get yourself disqualified.

So here's what you're gonna do!

1. You're going to copy and paste the code to one of the amazing banners ((it matters not which one)) and go to the chatterbox in the main forums.
2. You are going to click on a promising link.
3. You are going to read the rules for that topic, if it says no advertising or spamming... DON'T DO IT
4. You will paste the code in there, and the little phrase that we have that you must say as well.
((I will check, if the phrase, OR banner is missing, you won't get credit for that post))
5. You will go see your post.
6. While looking at that post you will copy the stuff in the address bar!
7. You will then come back to the guild.
8. Go to the contest threads!
9. Come in here...
10. Then paste the link!!!

I will be checking every link, don't try to pull one past me, there's no cheating!
Depending on how this works we MIGHT make this a regular contest. So don't do anything stupid that will make us not want to do contests with you anymore.

You are not in third grade ((at least I'd hope not)) Don't ruin this for people!
