I haven't been on in a while, and that's definitely not good,
considering I'm on the Crew and I should be posting and
helping out a lot. :/ Soooo, I'm going to try and
come here more often again.
I haven't got much to update with...
I got home from school a week and a half ago,
for summer break, and I've been eating like a pig since then.
I'm afraid to weigh myself naked on my digital scale because
I know I would get really upset because the number will be
higher than it was 2 weeks ago. But, I've weighed myself
on our dial scale here at home--with clothes on--and I'm
just happy to say that I'm still under 140 lbs.
Anyway. Starting today, I'm going to get back on track.
I went on a short walk this morning (about half an hour),
and all that I've had so far today was a homemade smoothie/icee,
some cucumber and tomato, diet coke, and a big apple.
I'm hoping that I can continue like this at least for a while,
but I'll probably be making tempura sometime tomorrow,
so that'll be my first "exception" to this new start...
Hopefully, though, everything else that I eat tomorrow
will be healthy. Plus, I'll be walking to work in the afternoon. :]
Sooo. How are you all doing? Any amazing progress? ;D
