Well until the main rp is up perhaps a smaller rp in the general chat. Or if there is enough money a sub-forum for smaller rp's. Perhaps as well a sticky for advertising stuff only on gaia, such as things in the barton town, long time quests, so on so forth.

We should 'ban' the people who arn't roleplaying...
And maybe choose some other people who will be in the role play and acualt... role play...

agreed but some people aren't able to play for they are somewere else like vacation or camp.

If we ban the people who don't RP the guild will drop off of the first page. We need it there so that we can get more interested and good members.

You could always add more places to the village like a barber shop, some abandoned houses, a church, a farm off in the woods with a slaughter house that was used by a serial killer (hint hint)

and so on and so forth so that everyone would have more places to have their character go and to expand the story a bit more (add more excitement and fun to the RPing) But, that's just a suggestion, do as you feel would be best whee

I like the idea of more locations, as it gives charaters a great deal of movement, and maybe some unique plotlines and 'quest' type things to add direction to the PR?

Expanding on the whole beginners idea...I don't know what your vision for the guild is or whether or not you're finished arranging everything the way you want, but it could definetly do with a little more history and descriptions and things like that...
I mean, I just joined myself and would very much like to post, except I'm not too sure how to go about doing that. You should give some more information about the location and and it's history, some sort of overall plot. Maybe give a basic guide about where they can start living and things like that. Plus, the forums themselves are a bit confusing because they're all one continuous rp with people coming and going all the time. No matter when you go in them, you're most likely to walk in during the middle of something happening.
I just think that the guild would benefit from reorganizing it to be a little more beginner-friendly, and perhaps that's why a lot of people aren't posting. It's somewhat intimidating just joining and having no idea how to go about doing things, so they just sort of forget about it. Toekiyo said up there that people are posting profiles and not rping, so obviously they meant to start...O.o this has been a test of the public broadcasting system
