General Rules and Regulations... Dawnie and the GtH staff do not hold responsibility for transactions in the trading post subshops. We will do our best to prevent scams from occurring in the trading post by scanning each applicant as best we can. If you are scammed, we will not hesitate to blacklist the scammer and help you as best we can, but we will not be giving refunds.
To request to set up your own subshop, you must fill out and post the form in this thread. Sayuri_Nitta will be looking over applications and will PM you with either an "accept" or "reject" to your request to set up a subshop. You may not set up a shop without permission. All officially set up shops will have a permission statement/signature by one of the staff in the first post.
Your shop may only sell: graphics (icons, banners, etc.), fanart, fanfiction/literature, equipable items, or plushies. Under no circumstances are you allowed to sell official store potions or edit the preexisting Hespierden with mutations (horn, wing edits, etc.) or color over them (tattoos, etc.).
You may not copy/trace/manipulate or edit preexisting work and sell it in your subshop. This may include but is not limited to copying/editting items sold by other subshop managers to sell yourself or plagarizing other artworks and writings to sell. Any sort of plagarism will result in a removal of your shop and a possible banning of yourself from the shop.
You may have your own rules, but all must still abide by both GtH shop rules and ToS gaia rules. Failure to abide by these rules, will result in subshop removal and possible reported/banning.
You are required to fulfill your services in a timely manner. Spending an excessively long time to complete your job will probably result in the removal of your shop. Dead shops are also liable to be removed. No services in the subshops may be sold for real money.
Co-owning of shops is not allowed unless what is being sold are original works actually done by both managers of the subshop. (Ex. artwork inked by one person and colored by another). In this case the work is shared by both gaians, and therefore the shop may be requested to be owned by both as well.
General FAQ... Is there a cost to setting up a shop?
Yes, if you are approved to set up a shop, you will have to send a 500g construction fee to the mule, Gate to Hesperides.
On what basis are shop requests/applications approved?
Shop requests/applications are approved based on the quality of the work, original of the merchandise, and activity of the applicee (a total newbie to the shop is not likely to be given the permission to start up a shop).
Can I apply more than once?
Yes, if you are not accepted the first time, you may try again if you decide to try to sell something different from what you requested to sell the first time you applied.
Do I need to do the tagging myself if I sell equippable items?
Yes. You will be required to equip the item(s) yourself as well as host the seperate [equipped] version of the cert on a different server. The official unequipped/edited cert will remain linked to the official GtH owner's list.
How high may I price my subshop merchandise?
You must determine the prices on your own based on the quality of your work. You may adjust prices as necessary, but changes to your prices will and may not apply to existing/waiting customers.
What are some shops selling equippable items not made by themselves?
Sometimes Dawnie will raffle off the right to sell equippable items made by herself to give people without the artistic talent a chance. Otherwise, shops should be selling merchandise made by themselves.

Step 2: Sayuri_Nitta will go over applications. She will edit your post with either a "Accept" or "Reject."
Step 3: If accepted, send a 500g thread construction payment to the mule. A new subshop will be made in the subforum in which you will be able to set up and decorate as you wish. Include the desired title for your shop in the 500g construction trade.
Step 4: You may choose to set up the rest of your subshop thread as you wish and begin selling your merchandise! All merchandise images and item-equipped Hespierden certs must be uploaded onto your own server. They will not be linked to in the owner's list.

I wont ever cover up any edit made by the colorist, but at the same time I'll try to make the item fit with the look of the hesperidon :3

Approximate price range for merchandise: For the group/pet images, I would say anywhere from 500g to about 1k each, depending on how many Hespierden someone may have and how complex they may want an image. For the plushies, anywhere from 500g to about 2k each, depending on the complexity of the coloration.
Programs used: Adobe Photoshop 7.0
Other comments? I can do VERY MINOR lineart edits, such as the glasses in my third coloring example. However, unless someone would really want them, chances are that I wouldn't bother. =P
