Selling pokemon, or just about anything else that isn't a gaia item or art is not allowd on Gaia.
<3 <3 <3 Icy I'm getting sick of telling people this individualy. You don't own the gaia gold, you are simply keeping track of it for gaia. This is not allowed on the same grounds that buying/selling gold or gaia items on E-bay is not allowed.

I'm a little on edge about it. I think that pokemon is a game and so is gaia. It's like getting cheat codes off of the internet. If you want to spend your gaia money go right ahead, I actually need money so that the main reason why I'm pro for this. I also think that people should get as far as they can by themselfs first before they start buying the pokemon they want.
I confuse myself.

Read the tos. It would also be illegal from nentendos stand point if gold had monetry value. This is from gaia's. The gold is not technicly your, So it is not your decision to make to choose to buy non gaia related things with it. I believe that was how it was worded when they banned selling/buying gold for anything other than gaia pixels, gaia services, and gaia art. It is like, Gaia lettting you watch their gold, and while you are holding it, there are pre-apprvoed things you can trade it for.

Gold, Virtual Currency. Throughout your Gaia Online experience, you may accumulate "Gold," which constitutes a limited license right to use a feature of Gaia Online when, as, and if allowed by Gaia. Regardless of terminology used, Gold represents a limited license right governed solely under these Terms, has no real value, and is not transferable or redeemable for any sum of money or monetary value from Gaia at any time. You agree that Gaia has the absolute right to reduce, manage, regulate, control, modify and/or eliminate Gold as it sees fit in its sole discretion, and that Gaia will have no liability to you based on its exercise of such rights. These are the only areas in Gaia's ToS or other agreements that mention Gaia gold or transactions between users.

Exactly. Its not 'Its not right to sell pokemon for gaia gold' situation, its a 'it is (not) allowed on gaia' situaion.

That was a concerne too. I believe thats like botting on gaia. Using a cheating program/device to give you an advantage over other gaians. I <3 AR but there are some time you just shouldn't use one. When it hurts other people.

So if gaia owns the gold then why do I earn it? Why do I chose how to spend it. It's MY gold that I earned and I should chose how to spend it on my own free will and so should everyone else.
