So far my favorite have been:
Eating 5-6 meals a day (or every 3-4 hours) with three meals and the rest sensible snacks.
And my new idea, going vegetarian.
The first one has proven wonderful to curbing appetites and eating less because you know that you are going to eat in a couple hours so there is no sense to eat like you are starving. Also it keeps your metabolism at a steady schedule.
And vegetarian diets eliminate a lot of calories, fats, cholestoral, and calories from a diet.
