It was just another day for Mo. Waking up in the soft, silken covered beds of the Falassion house, and having the faerie waitstaff bring his breakfast was simply delightful. After finishing his egg-white omelette, he would get up and go 'put on his face' as he called it. 'Getting dolled-up' is what his daughter would call it, as her dad acted more like how a mother should. But Drucilla didn't know the difference, as he's the only parent she really knew.
Drucilla, very much unlike her father, did not like waking in the Falassion house. While it was close to the forest she'd called home, it wasn't IN the forest she called home.
One might question why they'd moved from their cozy cave away from the 'stress' of everything, but then, one might also not be aware that the taint of Dragnid had gotten so bad, most living creatures were trying to either eat each other, or flee themselves. Mo didn't care so much about what it would do to him (okay, so maybe he was a little when he noticed weird bumps on his face), but he didn't want his daughter to be affected.

Victor had finally come to the conclusion, after several weeks in Dragnid, after night after night of nightmares and the strange voices in his head... Telling him to do things he'd normally do, but because the voice were saying it made him shiver he'd refused to even thing about doing them... That Mo just wasn't there, or he was dead. Either way, Victor needed to Destress, so he headed to the best place to do that.
Falassion Healing House.
Letha too was on her way there, for the same reason as Victor... Stress relief... Her brother Ronan had just taken their guest room and she needed some time out of the house, so she figured that she would take this time to recoup at the healing house, she trusted that Morena would not be far behind, and if she was... Well... Oh well.

Grendell was already in the healing house, sitting on the couch to be exact with her hands covered in white bandages. She had gotten a little two enthusatic in her training and was now paying for it. She had the healing staff fix the cuts and broken finger bone, and smooth the callouses out. With her legs crossed at the ankle, she played it up looking like she was in pain. Her blue-green eyes seemed to scream a lonely suffering.
It got her what she wanted and lots of it. Including, being fed but a particuarly attractive man on the waitstaff. He left after she was full and she just layed there elivaiting her hands. ~*~ Morena was not very far behind Letha, in fact, after taking to the air, she had fluttered her way right to Letha's side. Instead of trying to touch her or speak, she just walked with her. Finally she did say, "I am sorry, Letha, I didn't know he would upset you, you don't even look anything like him." For siblings they really looked nothing alike.

"I don't want to talk about it," Letha hissed. It was not a subject she was wanting to talk about, and frankly, she would rather just forget the whole ordeal and start over with her brother, but everytime she saw him, she was reminded of her mother...
Victor entered the house and looked around. He didn't see Grendell at first, instead, he made his way past the room she was in, and was looking for a place to sit. Finding an armchair, he collapsed into it, and closed his eyes, taking a deep breath.

It would be some time before Mo was nice and ready to emerge. As he always said, beauty takes time. He had his hair to do, making sure each strand was just perfect, then he had to apply his moisturizors and oils. Was quite the morning ritual actually.
Drucilla, while adoring her father, didn't see the purpose in all this. She'd brush her hair, pull it back. Then wash her face and be on her way for the day. What was the purpose in looking so ... done up? Her father didn't need to impress anyone... "Silly Daddy-Mo." she'd tease.
Exciting her room, and passing the door to her father's, she trailed her fingers along the oaken waynes coating on the walls as she dawdled along the hallway. She had her magnifying goggles up on her head, causing some of her hair to become messy already, and she had a huge duffle attached to her back. Her normal satchel was secured around her waist, as she'd never go anywhere without it. She was heading out for the day to gather one more little thing she had forgotten the day before.
Quietly, as was her nature, she moved through the healing house and towards the foyer when she noticed a familar pae sitting with bandages on her hands. "Hi Grendell." she said, smiling slightly and continuing towards the door.
She'd only taken a couple steps before she'd decided to not be completely rude. She turned and took the couple steps back towards her sister. "I didn't expect to see you here, what happened?" she asked, nodding to Grendell's hands and not being one for idle pleasantries or chitchat, she just got straight to the point of things.

Morena accepted it, what else could she do? Not trying to touch Lethe, she just followed beside her, close but hopefully not too close for the other female's comfort. Silently, she kept up her pace with Letha. ~*~
Grendell had no clue any of her family was there, and had missed Victor entering the house completely. For all he knew, she was there alone healing. Hearing her sister's voice, she looked up quickly, her eyes searching for the familiar pae. Finding her, she smiled and greeted back, "Hello, Drucilla." Half of her expected her sister to keep walking, thats what it almost looked like she was going to do.
Pleasantly surprised she smiled more and looked to her hands when the question was asked, "I didn't either, but I am glad to see you. As for my hands, I have been training so hard that they wore through the gloves I was using and my hands got shredded. When I was prating using the handle of my Morningstar as a blocking agent, I smashed my hand against the tree I was using. I got ticked off and then punched it a few time." Shaking her head, she lifted the hands up then put them down, "The tree won that round. How have you been Dru?" Her attention was on her sister as she waited to hear if she was there because she had been hurt too, hoping that wasn't the case.

Victor finally ended up falling asleep in his chair. He really just needed a nap for the moment, since he was so tired from the night before.
Letha sighed and started walking faster. She was tight lipped, she really didn't want to talk with Morena right now... In fact, she really wanted to be alone for now... If anything... Talk to Mo really... But she'd take with what she would get.

Dru folded her arms in front of her as she listened to her sister explain her injuries. She nodded slightly, keeping the corners of her mouth twisted into something that could pass as a smile. "Wow, that's dedication." she stated plainly. "Must be hereditary, though, I have to wonder where it comes from." she chuckled weakly and moved one hand up to pull a stray lock of hair back.
"I might have something that could be more effective for your hands, than the salves they give here." she explained as she pulled her satchel open and gave it a shake, obviously glancing for something. "Its a little ...unorthodox, but I found it to be useful for quick healing." there was a slight twinkle in her eye the moment she spotted what she was seeking.
She pulled out a small test tube with a piece of dirty root inside. It was topped by a simple cork. She held it out for her sister. "Comes from a plan in Dragnid ... if you chew it, making it really mushy, you can apply to broken skin and it seems to heal simple wounds faster." she held out her other hand, palm side down. "See the scars? I got bit only a few days ago." She smiled brighter, obviously excited about her find with this root. "It helped Alturious as well, when he got bit the leech."
She paused a couple moments before decided to respond to Grendell's question. "I have doing well, thanks..." she was about to mention that she'd moved here with their dad, but Mo had told her to not let the family know that yet. "Uhm... just on my way back to the forest to pick up something I forgot. How have you been?"

She wondered where the more outgoing, apt to smile, sister was. However, she just accepted Drucilla for how she wanted to be, loving her regardless. Dedication or temper, both worked, she did say something when Du talked about where it came from, "One of the three parents, Letha is counted out so it has to be one of the others. I am betting Morena or Father but then I never got a chance to meet Daddy so I won't say anything." One day, she wanted to meet Mo. Hearing her mother talk about how he held her as a baby, she felt like he would be the one to love her and show it, where as Victor loved her but didn't.
With curiosity running wild in her eyes she watched what her sister was doing, eager to see what she discovered. Taking the test tube when it was handed to her, she nodded at the directions and said after seeing her sister's hands, "Whoa, useful little plant, I honestly didn't think anything healing could come from that forest." She took off one of the bandages, her hand looking more like clawing rodents were set loose on the top and a she dipped her whole hand in buries colored paint. Chewing the root, trying not to make a face.
Appling the mushy mess of what was a root on her hand, she tenderly rubbed it in before wrapping it back up again. "He got bit by a leech, did he shriek like a little girl or take it well?"
Smiling and nodding she says, "I am glad to hear you are doing well, I have been doing good." She missed her sister and was so glad to see her, was she the only one here or might Alty be here? Or Mo, those were the two she wanted to see out of the whole family.
~*~
Morena would not stop, she kept moving, no matter how fast, so that she as walking at Letha's side. Even if she wouldn't talk to her, she would still be there.

Victor slowly forced himself awake, getting up he moved about trying to get his legs working. He was hungry now... So he decided to go hunting for food.
Moving into the other room, he spoted Dru and Grendell and laughed. Which was odd, considering how stolid he usually was.
"Well how are my daughters?" He asked. Moving over he looked Dru up and down. "And how is my little camper doing in Dragnid? Find anything new and exciting to tell your father?" He placed a strong hand on her shoulder.
Letha just shook her head, she could hear Morena behind her... When she reached the FHH Door she pulled it open quickly and walked in, not bothering to shut it, cause she knew Morena was hot on her heels. Once she entered she headed to where she knew most of the booze was... And saw Victor, Dru, and Grendell. She ignored them for the moment, moving behind them and heading to the bar.
"Scotch, on the rocks," She ordered to the Fae there, and once she had the drink and had knocked it back, she then returned to the people she knew.
"Victor, Dru..." She spied Grendell. "Grendell..." She could only assume the girls were her daughters... They sure looked liked them.

Drucilla nodded, her mouth twisting upwards again. It was a genuine and natural smile for her, its just, in the past few months, she's not had reason to smile, so rarely did. So her face was out of practice it seemed. "Well, I can tell you for sure, it wasn't Daddy, unless... you count his dedication to ... himself." she laughed weakly, referring of course to his daily beauty regiment... maybe that was it? She didn't know, and she certainly didn't know her other folks well enough to figure it out, but it was moot she figured.
"Yeah, its ... ironic, I guess. The leaves and berries of the plant can be lethal. Imagine my surpise when I learned of what the roots could do." she laughed, a little more heartier this time, always interested in talking about the stuff she does.
"He freaked out, but not till he seen the snaggle tooth on it and the blood drop." she snickered, delighted in retelling the story.
She was interupted by Victor's approach before she could mention anything else. "Hi Pappa. I am doing well. Lots of new discoveries, probably too many to tell about in such a short amount of time."
The ruckus caused from the green demon entering and then ordering drinks and approaching got Drucilla's attention all right. It wasn't every day this many pae were in the Healing House. What's so special about today?
Wait... did this woman... know her? Drucilla had no idea who this rude woman was. And how did she know her nickname? "I am sorry, who are you?" she sounded a little rude, as she was agrivated at the woman's arrogance.

Letha smiled warmly and bowed her head. "I'm sorry, where are my manners, my name is Letha... I'm your mother..." She chuckled and brushed some hair out of her face.
"I'm afraid we really haven't had a chance to meet for any length of time before, I was hoping that well, since I'm here... If you're not busy, we can remedy that..." She smiled at her daughter, looking to Victor and bowing her head.
She'd come to not hate Victor so much, really, in the scheme of things, he'd done what he'd needed to do.
Victor bowed his head back to Letha, and watched Dru to see how she would respond to meeting her mother. She seemed a bit more apathetic than he remembered her being... But in the long run he thought, this was a good thing...

Grendell was glad to see the smiles, and listened with both ears wide open as she talked. She looked as actively interested as she really was. The thing about Daddy made her chuckle, hard to believe a guy would be dedicated to himself but she believed her sister.
Now the thing about Alty had her laughing hard, just picture her brother and how he would react. This was a lot of fun, hearing stories from her sister and she liked hearing about her discoveries.
She smiled when she heard an s at the end of daughter from her father. However, when he put a hand on Drucilla and talked to her, Grendell only gave the tiny version, "I am fine, Father, I hope you have been well." Didn't seem he cared, she had bandaged hands, not that hard to see considering her coloration and the bandages were like a blaring white sore thumb. Never had she hated Drucilla for all the attention she got, and that wouldn't change now.
She saw Letha come in and got up, ready to leave until she decided she wouldn't let Letha chase her out so she took a seat and waited. Drucilla's rudeness was not missed, but then Letha's deserved it. Bitterly, she wondered if Drucilla would get away with it with nothing done where as she was yelled at for how she acted. ~*~
Morena came in, and shut the door, only she stopped following Letha when she went for the drinks, instead she looked at the people in the room. Smiling she greeted them, "Dru, you have grown into such a lovely young lady! Hello, Victor, long time no see. Speaking of, Grendell I have been so worried.." Her voice cut off when she saw the bandages and she flittled over to the daughter she raised with obvious concern, "What happened? Who hurt you?" Someone was going to die, that was just that.
She not so absorbed that she didn't hear Drucilla's question and she answered, "Dru, hunny, we are your mothers, Morena and Letha." She pointed to herself when she said her name. ~*~
Grendell almost rolled her eyes, of course Morena would be the only one to ask besides Drucillia. "I am fine mother, I hurt myself training." To Letha she only said, "Letha." That was her greeting, she hated the woman and would give her nothing more then that she knew her, not even that she recognized her as a parent of hers.

Drucilla paled slightly at the revelation that this rude woman was of her own flesh and blood... or rather, she was of hers. She was glad she did not inherit that rudeness. The little girl that Drucilla had trapped inside of her was starting to want to come out. An attitude, a personality, and even a temperment she'd long trapped deep inside of herself the day she realized she needed to grow up and stop holding on to childish hopes and dreams, and start living for herself, like her daddy had always told her she needed to. The little girl inside of her was wanting to hug her mother Letha, having missed her terribly and yearned for female guidane. But at the same time, she had been blessed with 2 mothers, and yet, knew nothing of either of them. Yes she'd met her momma Morena, but she didn't know her.
And just as the name of her other mother crossed her mind, she'd heard her voice as she flew to Grendell's side. "M..m...Momma?" she stuttered, feeling emotion swell inside of her. It was only a matter of time that bottle she put her emotions into would overflow. Uncontrollably out of character for the now apathetic teenager, she lunged towards her mom, clinging to her.
Why she didn't do that to Letha was beyond comprehension. Maybe she just didnt' feel the connection. Or maybe it was just her breaking point. She'd grown into a teenager without female support (her daddy don't count!) and it had taken its toll on her.
-=-=-
Mo was almost done, feeling rather satisfied at his look this day. "This is date hair, not to be wasted!" he declared to his reflection in the mirror. With a flick of his wrist he turned to head out for the day, as he felt the need to strut.
But the really good mood was squashed the second he heard one of those familar voices after the other. He paled and froze in his tracks, thankfully not in the room yet. He debated fleeing back to his room, and prayed Dru wouldn't tell them he was there.

Morena was glad to see Letha had decided to be nicer, though she wasn't happy about the fact that nothing seemed to be done to make amends with Grendell.
To say she was caught off guard was an understatement as she was suddenly called Momma and clung too. It didn't even take a moment for her to respond. She hugged her daughter close, rocking her ever so slightly, "Its me, Drucilla, am so happy to see you again, as is your Mother Letha." Indeed, she was happy enough to cry as she embraced her other daughter. ~*~ Now, Grendell had to want to roll her eyes. The only one in the room to care about her and Drucillia had to take her. Now, she felt like she might was well not exist. Getting out of her chair she started to walk away, right passed Letha and Victor heading deeper into the healing house.
