Ok, this is what I plan on doing sometime soon. I swear it'll happen, even if I quest all my life for every last bit of it myself. Btw. I need help!!!! I'm not sure on how I'm going to open this. ;.;

Uhm... I'd rather you not shorten large words. sweatdrop I have a hard time understanding what your trying to say when you do that.
2. Absolutely no l337. I don't understand it. You can use 4 as for but that's it. Everything else is kind of moronic. It makes you seem very poor at spelling. I won't have it.
3. Any and all decisions on my part are final. Accept them with a mature attitude or you won't be participating in the next giveaway, and yes there will be more. I hate bad sportsmanship.
4. Put 'Christmas is the best time of the year!' on your form.
5. As always, your here to have fun. I will look the other way the first time when you disobey the rules, but don't continue to try it when you have already gotten your first warning!
6. Oh and be nice to everyone! I like a happy thread, not one that has people fighting. The first time will be overlooked, but the next time I won't be so nice about it. I hate fighting.
7. Don't beg from the donators to the thread or myself. I won't have it. You'll automatically get on the Black List which means no items for you. If your a part of a contest then your automatically taken out (and refunded if I have fees for the contests. I'm not sure just yet. I may need to for the second and third prize winners. sweatdrop Depends on my funds at that point in time.)
8. You must post around 10 times on the thread in order for you to become eligible in the giveaway.
9. I'd prefer no bumping but if you're alone in the thread then it's ok. Bumping every now and again won't be against the rules, but if it becomes a habit when people are here trying to have a conversation with one another I will blacklist you.
(I'm not trying to be too decisive about meh rules. I don't want to rule out certain people because they can't type worth crap... -twitch- -twitch-)

I will have a list under what items people want. Say Shugo Twilight Boy wants the Nitemare Scarf, I'll put him under that. Say Kurama_luver wants the OMFG, that's where she'll go. I will place you under the items you say you would like and around three weeks beforehand I will hand out three the first week and five the next two ENDING on the 24th with the Nitemare Scarf and the few letters that I will have as a runner up prize.
During the time that this will be open, I shall hand out letters at the beginning and the end of the month to random people on random pages. I will keep a log of those that I have given letters to and you will NOT get one twice. If I find you got these items off of me from a mule then I will blacklist you from future giveaways. I will /not/ tolerate it.

Yes, an ART CONTEST! It will be themed for each month that passes by.

People won't pay attention to one another if this goes on and I want a clean thread with conversations so I have something to read and know who really deserves the ultimate prize in this giveaway.
