*Sakura slowly walked into the small opening watching and listening to see if someone followed her. no one did. She breathes in deeply and wait for him to come. "Would he show tonight?" she thought to herself as she wrapped her coat tighter around herself. The breeze was quite chilly tonight more so than any other night this week, something big was coming but what she didnt know. She leans against a gaint, ancient oak tree trying heart to hide her self as much as possible in the roots that grew not only down but all around making it the perfect hiding space for someone as small as her. She need not hide but tonight she didnt feel as cofident in herself as she had before.

* As she listend and waited she counted the leaves that fell slowly to the groud, 7. "seven leaves, seven minutes, seven days, seven months, seven years. why is that everything is always seven's before he shows up?" she thought just as he appeard like ghost in the middle of the small clearing. She made to get up but his stare made her stay put. "what could it be. does he know something i do not?" she looked at him perplexed "he's always serious but this is scary it looks like he's waiting for something or someone else and he doesnt want it to know i'm here." she shrank quietly and slowly deeper into the roots of the tree. Watchingh im threw the darkness she was started but didnt make a sound when 2 no 6 more people showed up. "seven again" she thought to herself. "why is it seven, and what's going on?"

*Soon enought she had her answers, it was a secret meeting in the same place she is to meet him, a meeting she should never see, nor hear of, nor want to know. but his eyes held her there quite and unmoving. "somethings wronge they all feel edgy they can feel my presence. They are not seven. They in this secret place are now 8. Something bad happens everytime there are more than seven together... One will die or one will betray." She watches closely they talk in hushed voices and look tense. She hears...*

"No, they havent gotten the rings yet."
"yes sir they are hidden well"
"you must be one of us to get them, you must be able to astral project."
"Seven is the number, and seven it shall stay. Do you hear me."

*The last one was him. The one she's grown to love, a love that should never be. A love that betrays her own life. But he promised to be with her forever. To get her a ring. "But now he's saying only seven. Is he saying i'm not welcomed any more." Lost in her toughts she payed no attention to the men. "I was to be his. Unless one dies, then i will never be his." Silent tears ran down her cheeks. Then she got an idea. "what if i kill one. but which one. they are all loyal to him, tho not as loyal as i am." She looked up to find him staring at her. her eyes grew big with surprize and amazment. Had she be daydreaming that long. He took her hand and pulled her out. no one was there. it was them alone.*

"Now you know why i must hide you. Like you must not let your's know about me. Seven is always, Seven is true. Seven is what we must be." *he wiped the last tears from her eyes*
"Then i know what must be done sir" *she didnt smile with her eyes like she used to but she smiled none the less.*
"The one that must be killed will be the one that betrays me. The one that will try and get the rings for himself." *he shakes his head* "The one who hid them will not want them he is happy with his. The one that bound them will never break the seal. The ones that dont care about seven are not against me, they worry only for the destruction they cause already. The one that says only we can get to it is the one that will go for them. He wants to be leader. Be safe my sweet" *he kisses her on her head and disapears as fast as he had come.*

*she thought "now lets see if it was seven minutes with me like always." She looked at her watch and it had been 14 minutes since he arived and left. divisible by seven." so the meeting must have been seven minutes long. and what he told me was seven as well. what is this seven and who was it i am suppose to kill?" She snuck back to the leaf village no one the wiser of what what happening in the secret clearing but one, a pair of eyes that no one saw. They watched her always, a demon?*

heart The way to my heart heart


*sitting down on the edge of a platfom, Sakura thinks about a lot of the things that have happend since that night. Knowing that she must kill someone. Knowing that when she does her secret life will not be secret anymore. She has very little time left before she must go out on her new mission. And naruto keeps asking her questions. He says, "Why you tired all the time? Why do you look so sad? Come on tell me!" She usually just brushes him off, but he's one of her best friends. Sakura closes her eyes and see's all her friends faces running behind her eyelids, Ino and Naruto the most tho. She knows that when she leaves she can never come back and they wont be her friends anymore. She'll be there enemy, She'll be a Criminal. But she can not deny the yearning in her heart any longer.

*She opens her eyes to find Ino staring at her. Startled she jumps back. and in a breathless voice she says, "oh ino i didnt hear you coming what's up." *she smiled a genuine smile, knowing that it was probly the last time she would ever smile at ino, because she was leaving tonight.*

*Ino, placing her hands on her hips and shaking her head says in a joking yet concerned tone,* "Sakura, I dont know what has gotten into u lately, or maybe i should say who." *taps her foot on the ground as Sakura comes and stands next to Ino.* "You've been so distant lately, you didnt even eat this morning." *a look of innocence appeared on sakura's face to show she doesnt know what she was talking about* "Don't play dumb with me Sakura-chan, Naruto told me. He's worried for you. He doesnt like what he's seeing, your changing. and not in a good way."

*worry starting to fill sakrua's mind made her shift her weight to her other leg and then back again, but only slightly but Ino's good eye for detail saw it and right away commented.*

"Sakura" *Ino Sighs* "why dont u tell me whats going on. i'm your best friend. and i care about you. You can tell me i promise i'll listen and if it has to do with that guy..."

*Now the warning signs were blinking and beeping and screaming at her no no no they'll hate you if u tell them they'll hate u before they should. Shock spreading on her face not knowing how she knew about that guy... sakura stammered slowly backing up...* "wh-what guy? I don't kn-know a-a gu-guy. I gotta g-go I left something at home i uhh desperately need bye."

*with out leaving anytime for Ino to figure out what was going on or to stop her she took off to the woods and hid up in a tree panting and crying and feeling rather stupid, talking to herself up in that tree helped calm her down but only made her more confused.*

"Is this really my heart doing this. Is my love for him that great that i would give up all my friends for him? Is this the way to my true heart? Or is my friends the way? Why is it that I am torn into, stuck on a road with 3 paths, My friends, Myself, and Him... Myself will lead to the others evenually but so far away i cannot see which road it will lead too. so if i choose wrong i cannot go back. and i will have lost me. but if i choose right then i will still have me and who ever else there is. *sigh* Why is it so hard to decied. But i only have till tonight, because tonight the one that will betray my beloved will die. and if by my hands I will have chosen my path if i accept the ring."

*getting to be about 3 in the afternoon she headed back to town. hoping to say by to ino and hug her and prove to her everythings alright even if it's not. And to play with naruto's hair before he tries to kill her in the future.*

Interesting, although you could add a bit more detail about the setting.
