So they talk about getting tickets for diffrent events, but do you have to actually BUY the tickets? This might be a stupid question, but they never say anything about the price of tickets,so I'm thinking that it just came with the badges and you just had to pick them up or something... Thanks for the help!

Yes, you must buy the tickets, and unfourtunately they are $30 a piece. I'm getting them from the hotel, because I only need two, but I couldn't believe the prices.
It sux.
I hope that cleared anything up. And I'm open for questions anytime <3

WHAT?! $30?! It might have been a bad plan to take over the arena...now I'm pretty sure the only event I will talk my parents into is the Masqerade...crap, I wanted to see the Haruhi Suzumiya concert. Maybe there is hope.

30 bucks is a lot of cash, but you don't have to buy tickets. I believe it's only if you want really good seats. For the Masqerade and Idol there's no way I'm buying them. SKIN however I will because there's no way I'm missing that. Plus, for a show like that 30 dollars is nothing, most shows go for 40 or 60 now a days.

I dunno... I bet the SKIN concert tickets are not going to be $30. I'm thinking waaaay more expensive.
I'm just frustrated that they aren't selling them yet! I'm going nuts checking the AX site any time I even see a computer to make sure I get tickets.
*woah. the thread lurker actually made a comment whee *

I think on the site it actually says that the tickets are just for the really good seats (first couple of rows or so). I think it's free if you take seats that are further back, so long as you have your badge and id.
added:
Yep, the ticket seats are "Premier Seats", and are limited to only a few hundred. Here's the quote from the site:
Premier seats are considered the best seats in the Main Events Arena at Anime Expo® 2007 and are limited to several hundred seats. Remaining seats are available to registered convention goers free of charge with a valid Anime Expo® 2007 attendee badge and Main Event ticket.
