okay.. so i needed a little rant =D
I hate the marketplace on gaia...
1 - these people seem to not check the store prices.. why would i pay someone 2k+ more for an item than the store sells it for... i'm sorry but i won't pay 1g over what they sell it for at the store.. that's just stupid
2 - why on earth would you put for people to bid if you aren't going to let the damn auction go through anyways. I get so annoyed when I bid for an item and the seller rips it off the table with under 5 minutes remaining ~_~. If you aren't willing to sell it at that price.. then up the default setting.. i mean come on.... ~_~ BAKA!!
okay.. i think i'm fine now

It sounds like you've never played the markets before. domokun Gaia doesn;t only ahve fishing and jigsaw as a game, you know. the entire marketplace is a game of stocks and investment. 3nodding People have higher than store prices to trick the unsavvy investors. and they take auctions off the table for the same reason. there's no way they're willing to let a chyaku scarf go for a starting bid of 5k, y'know? confused

yes, i agree with wasabiyanyan.
but, it's not their fault they're idiots who only think of getting the most money from crap items and don't understand proper pricing. =/

3nodding If you've been in the marketplace long enough, you know how it all runs along. The market is definitely a game, where you can win if you're a fast clicker and know exactly when to bid. Sometimes, you can get good deals, if the owner of the item is not online or doesn't pay attention to the auction. As for people canceling the auctions, I understand them, but it is a bit annoying when they take items off because it's just a little gold short of what they would've wanted.

Or at least not as important to me as it was to you...
