Bio: A distant relative of Sandaime Hokage, Sarutobi Asuma, and Konohamaru Kobu has been looked upon as a reject as he had never fully embraced the ninja lifestyle as he took more naturally to science. Feeling frowned upon Kobu left his village to seek out those who would appreciate his talents finally finding a home in Otogakure. Through his achievements Kobu has greatly progressed Sounds understanding of bio-engineering powerful warriors yet their means to create such ninja are limited to failed experiments until they find suitable procedure that yields useable results.
In his goal to create super soldiers Kobu has done various experiments upon himself thus creating an unstable alter persona that takes over in times of great emotional stress turning him into a brute. Kobu is the only man who has understood Yondaime Hokage's formula to use the Flying thunder god technique.

Description:Soushouryuu is a Ninjutsu technique developed by the Leaf ninja Tenten. Tenten uses this summoning technique to take advantage of her deadly accurate ability to throw edged weapons. Tenten generally only uses this technique as her trump card. To begin, she will will remove her two scrolls and set them on the ground, after forming the necessary hand seals, the two scroll rise into the air and begin to swirl around a middle vortex. Tenten then uses this space to launch herself into the air between the spinning scrolls. From these scrolls she can then summon her weapons which she then begins to throw at her opponent. If the first barrage fails, she can use wires that run from each weapon to her fingertips to pull them back into the air to strike at her opponent again. Unfortunately this attack is very vulnerable to wind based attacks.

Description:Hiraishin no Jutsu is a ninjutsu technique utilized by the Fourth Hokage. The technique gave Yondaime his nickname "Konoha's Yellow Flash," due to his bright yellow hair and his ability to traverse great distances in the blink of an eye. A space-time jutsu like Kuchiyose, Yondaime first needs to mark his destination with a shiki (rite) first, he can then activate the jutsu to come to the mark. He can apply this to a weapon such as a kunai, and when thrown or used, he can instantly travel to it. He can also apply the mark to a touched area, such as his opponent or some other surrounding feature. No matter where the opponent goes, Yondaime can travel to the mark to kill them. Unlike the body flicker technique the Flying thundergod technique leaves no puff of smoke and makes no sound.
