Ocean Goddess
Gentle breezes kiss my cheeks, Soothing wabes caress my skin, Soft sand tickles my feet. Soaring birds sing anchient songs. A serene place of power, Where land meets sea, And sea meets sky, Here amoung the dunes, My soul becomes free, As my cares drift away, My Goddess I see, Such beauty to behold, Where the sand, sea, and sun, Meet to become one. In my circle on the beach, I dance to an ageless rhythm The rhythm of the ocean, The rhythm of the Goddess, For Her love is like the sea, Endless.

Sleepless Nights
Sleepless nights that never end, They do not try to be my friend, I watch T.V. or lye awake, Waiting for the dawn to break, I want to sleep, but yet I can't, Cause every morning my mom does rant, Of how early I sleep, and late I wake, An oh, how my tired eyes do ache, Why can't I sleep like I did long ago? When the time my body choose wasn't a whao.

Rain
Sitting in the rain I wait, For the warmth of an elusive star, Comming down harder now, I patiently wait for the warm sun rays, Harder still, the rain does fall, And here I sit, still waiting for the sun, Lightning strikes, some ways away, Waiting, waiting, here I sit, It slows down now, little by little, I look up to the sky, That glowing orb starts to shine, I smile as its rays beam down, And begin to dry my drenched face.

Crystal Skies
Clear sky of crystal blue, How I wish to be a part of you. Soaring high like a strong breeze Rustling softly through the tall trees. Whispering gently to all I pass, But yet here I sit, teen-age lass. That was never meant to be, Crystal blue sky But here, on earth I’ll sit, As long as my life will permit. To stare at your endless beauty

New one. Writen last night
Summer's Eve
Summer's eve Balmy bliss Sweet songs sung By cricket and toad Sing the night away Sing us to sleep Smell the night air Smell the sweet night blooms See the starry sky Dream of nights never ending As Nyx draws her cloak Good night Helios Farewell Apollo We'll see thee in the morn' For now is thy sister's time Hail Selene, shining moon Hail Artemis, huntress of night Watch over our sleep 'Til morning light

Wrote this while babysitting. Its about the three year old little girl I babysit. She's adorable. Innocent eyes
Innocent eyes, Cornflower blue. Child's gaze, Steady and clear, Seeing all, Loveing all, Knowing no evil, Seeing no pain, Oh Innocent eyes, Of cornflower blue, If only, If only, You could stay .

New poem =D
Wind Swept Beach
Wind swept beach Water logged sand Shoeless feet Trudging along The wind whips my cloths It burns my skin Flips hair in my eyes The sea foam sprays me As I walk along No one in sight Only sounds from birds Only sounds from waves Sea oats sway In the harsh sea breeze Dune growth ripples Like the waves of the sea Sea weed floats along Swept up, left behind On the wind swept beach Where time seems to still As my camera clicks On this wind swept beach.

Artemis , Maid of the Mountains, She who hunts and protects. Lead me through my confusion, Show me out of these thick woods. It is you I wish to follow, You I wish to serve, But my heart tugs me in two directions, Two ways, opposite in directions. Please help me, Maiden huntress of the moon, What am I to do? Help me untagle these vines of confusion, So that I may follow you.

Let the Music Flow
Let the music flow My body dances to the beat My feet jump My arms swing My hips twist Let the music flow Into my brain, The melody wonders I can’t help myself I sing along Dance along Move along Let the music flow

Internal Bleeding
I bleed inside From anger and pain Thoughts in my head Like wounds from a knife No one to talk to No one to listen The pain steeps inside Sickening to the stomach Preventing sleep This pain turns to rage With nowhere to go No outlet to be found So it festers and burns Unnoticed tears Dripping like rain Don’t you care what you say? Don’t you care what you do? Listen to me! I’m here too!
