Hello once again. This contest is currently over, and sorry again for the delay. Those who entered, thank you alot. I definatly have lots of houses to look into.
But honestly, there is only one main winner and the winner is... -drumroll-
Menaceman!!! He had the homish house, big enough for a nice size family.
Thanks! And you all will be getting small prizes for entering. thanks again.

Contestents so far:
Chikiya http://modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=235443 (great job! I wont be able to download it, but I will use it as a layout. Very nice work)
AnnoyingEvil1
(nice work, although I don't exactly like the fact that there is no download place for me to download it, but i can make a layout out of it. Very cool house)
BubbleBlossoms Front (I love the style and it's perfectly homish. However, like AnnoyingEvil1, there is no download site)
Royaca
(very cool. It's organized and easy to get around. There is a place for me to download it too. Great job)
Menaceman (great house, very homie, if only you could upload it up onto the sims2 main site, that would be GREAT.)

I'm terrible at designs. When I do build, I always try to just make it basic and playable. I'm way too lazy to do otherwise. xd

A few questions: Price limit? EP limit? What do you mean by "built into a cliff"?

I just might try this, I designed a house for my sim families to grow in without the hassle of the pretty yet disfunctional houses that Maxis offers.
I just have to tweak it a little bit and pretty it up.

If I remember to, I'll submit the "castle" I created. It's very large, but not particularly pretty. It does have a cool tower, though. It was my first attempt at doing something other than just a plain house.
I have a second "weird" house that's much cooler, but it doesn't fit the "organization" requirement -- it's just a very cool house. It has three bedrooms, plus one room that could be turned into two more bedrooms. I say it doesn't fit the organization requirement because the two lesser bedrooms are very small.

I could definitely try this. Do you have a deadline?

You still haven't said if there is an expansion pack limit! How do we know if the houses we make will work in your game?

I plan to enter, but like Menaceman said, we don't know what the EP limits are!

Edit: Sorry -- misunderstanding. I had thought that the "suckiest day ever" post was recent -- instead it had been dredged back to the front page and seemed like recent news. I had only posted because I thought the original poster had *just* lost her games and wouldn't be particularly happy about all of this when she can't play the game.

Oddly, I just designed a house that would fit this description in math on Friday.
So I'm going to start building. Should be done soon.

I have designed a house, I've uploaded to MTS2, but I think I didn't get the EP limit because I couldn't remember what EP the items were from. But I thought seeing as I put in the effort, I'd post it here anyway. It's here

Okie dokie. From the front, yes, this house looks quite simple. However, in back, we see this is not quite so. It's built beautifully into a cliff, and has three potential outdoor sitting areas. This aerial view of the first floor shows large rooms. The entrance is open to the floor above. The kitchen has plenty of walking space. There a set of stairs leading up in the entry area, and one flight of stairs going... down?! near the bathroom. The aerial of the second floor shows spacious walkways and 4 large bedrooms. There are also 2 bathrooms. Finally, you asked for a pool deck. Sadly, on a sloped lot, it looks sort of odd. So I put a pool in the basement. B:
