2. Stealing Art, Music, or any other service gets you TWO strikes because you should know perfectly well that stealing art is WRONG!
3. Dont harass the shop owners, if their shop's rules are ill-based then Ill warn them.
4.Shops can make their own rules but they have to coincide with my and Gaia's rules
5.If you (are going to) make a minishop, PM me (or any of the Mods) to get an inspection heart
