Well.. it seems this guild is a flop. No one seems to post here anymore, and those who do only post about the lack of posting ^^;

I've been away on vacation and I've grown bored with Gaia. So I'm faced with either selling the guild *which I don't want to do* Or deleting everything and trying to start over.

If it's decided that we will start the guild over, I'll need at least five or six members to serve as crew, people who will remain dedicated, and who will do what ever they can to help the guild. I have PMed 9 people on this matter. The top few posters as well as those who I've just seen alot.

I enjoy having a guild to go to to talk about my favourite things. And with that, I think there are some more things that can be added to the description.

Things I'd like to add to the guild:
Art Forum ~ For the aspiring anime and manga artist out there.
Asian Drama Forum ~ 'Cause they're adorable and much better than North American drama's
Daily Life Forum ~ So everyone can get to know each other better and be friends
Music Forum ~ To talk about any and all musics.

Other suggestions would be awesome!

This guild has a lot of potential to be great. But a great guild needs great members. People who want it to succeed, people who will try to DO something about a problem rather than whine about it.

Communication is our problem I believe. And I think it's time to try and fix this problem.

For those members who feel that they would make great crew members, send me a PM and we'll talk things out. All members, new and old, are welcome and encouraged to PM me about this.

I will leave this up for three weeks, until June 25th. At that time I will make a descision on what to do with the guild.

I hope that by then dedicated members will have PMed me and posted here on what they think needs to be done.

I truly think that clearing the guild of old threads and posts will be a help. We have a lot of dead discussions that we could start over, and continue. A lot of threads about things no one had replied to. All of these, in my opinion, should go.

A fresh start is what we need. A clean fresh new guild.

On June 25th I will start deleting threads.

I may have to delete members again, but I hope that it won't come to that.

I don't have the time nor the patience to PM every separate member. But maybe with the help of a dedicated crew, we will find a way to solve our problems.

I look forward to hearing from each and every person who wishes to take part in this guild. And I hope that we can make it even better than before.

As an update.. We've got one new crew member, Inuka Sama, has agreed to come back and try to help out.

I'm still waiting a response from many of the other people I've PMed. Half have read their PMs, but it doesn't look like they'll respond ^^;

PLEASE DONT SELL THE GUILD!!!!!!!!!!!!! and if u do i'll be sad crying

We need to spice the guild up WE NEED FLYING MONKEYS!!!!! okay so I don't have any ideas at least I thought of something.

We could start the guild over.

*glomps aria* Yush i am in agreeing with you and i dont play many games now but I still know bunches bout em and can write reviews. I Like RPing But the guild just dont seem to be the same way.. Mabey you should changes it But theres just one thing i cant do and that is go to the forums i have went to them once and never again cause they scarish me..ok they dont but i still dont check em enough. However i check the guilds daily so i can help the bestest i can. Also i agree with deleting the old threads with them gone we can start fresh and i like getting to know people and a close knit guild sounds like a good idear

I'm going to wait until the 25th to delete most topics. Simply because I want more opinions before I do something so drastic.

In my new front page I will be creating strict rules for joining, And I'm going to want all crew to follow them while taking join requests. They will simply have some things that members-to-be have to include in their request.

If they don't include any/all of these things, they'll have to be rejected. *I'll be putting that in tehre too* This will make sure that mostly interested members join. And I think I will raise the join price.. But I don't know by how much, and as we don't *really* need money in the guild right now.. I just don't know ^^;

I also want to change the name.. we need something better, immaginative yet still covering the bases of the guild.

I'm wanting to change this into an Asian entertainment/culture kinda thing, but I don't want it limited to just that ^^;

I'm thinking it will be a full cleanout of all members though.. And I will have a notice about former members wanting to rejoin. Unless someone wants to help me PM a bunch of people separetly.. Asking them to quit on their own or to become active..

I do know that banned members can't even request to rejoin.. Which sucks, because in the future when/if we do become great XD it will be hard to get new members.. as they might be old members.. *sigh*

I've also been thinking of demoting the captain, Big red man and taking the title while making a mule vice.. But I kind of feel like I'm betraying him.. Though It's added security incase my account gets banned *which is highly unlikely but happens for no reason all the time* And also it would give me more authority amongst the members.. *And stop people from congratulating HIM on the guild while I do all the work* ^^;

But I'm still indecided about it.. *as I have been for the past year*

Speaking of years.. On November 15 we will have been officially a guild for 2 years. I hope that by that time we will all be able to take pride in out hard work XD

And I don't think there will be any flying monkeys.. Maybe another time ^_^

Well, it is spring, so I guess we have to start the cleaning.

Art forum sounds great! I'm not good at drawing, but I know some people who'd be interested.

Gameguides? I could try a few, but the games I've played tend to be very. . .unique. But I'm good at tracking down guides, and I can ask for the right to post them here.

Oh, can we have a writing forum, that sounds cool.
