Just a few blocks down from Ichiraku is a small restaurant . Inside is mainly the serving bar, and a few tables, many benches however are outside. The roof is a simple tent cover, so everyone gets fresh air, even inside.
While this place is known mostly as a restaurant that serves all kinds of Japanese food, it is also a well known hideout for ANBU and other shinobi, as well as a place for information gathering.
The owner, a jounin by the name of Tachibana Shige is well educated in all shinobi arts, combat, intelligence gathering, and is the man to trust when secrecy is key.
Upon entering, there is a walkway, seperated from the tables for going up to the bar to order, then another continuing the firsts path to either the tables or outside. A giant menu is posted above the counter, with a huge variety of dishes, even ramen, though Shige will admit; When you want ramen, Ichiraku's is better.
Owner's appearence: Shige stands 6' tall and weighs 174 pounds, with a slightly larger build than the average person. He wears the Konoha Jounin uniform except for the gloves, the vest zipped up. His hitai-ate is worn headband style, covering his right eye, which is a byakugan. The other eye is a deep blue, and always has a kind look to it, unless of course he or his comrades are threatened, then he tends to have a death glare. His hair is brown and the bangs are parted in the middle, each side going down to about his cheeks. The back is tied in a ponytail most of the time.
He has a katana, a plain looking shirasaya with the Hyuuga clan symbol in metal on each side of the shirasaya between where the handle ends and the sheath begins, so it would be half the symbol on the tsuka, and saya when the sword is unsheathed. Though he rarely wears his sword, except on missions.

"What a day..." would come Shige's voice from behind the bar. He was sitting behind the counter looking up at the ceiling, bored to death.

Suddenly Ryu was right there. "Yo. Can I order?"(Pic of Appearance, but with two swords across his back in an X and one across his lower back. Look at avi for placement. Also, there is a Kitsune mask on top of his head.)

Shige got up and looked at him.
"Of course. What would you like?"
He smiled, finally, a customer.

"Hmm..." Shige thought for a moment. He usually just took orders and didn't even have a menu, just made what people asked, so he didn't really usually have recomendations.
"I think I have some really nice cuts of beef and fresh vegatables, so stir fried beef would probably be the best tasting meal of the day," He said, still thinking of anything else he had that was exceptionally good today.

"Coming right up," Shige said. He put all the nesecary pots and pans on the stove and began getting ingredients, beef, potatoes, bamboo shoots, and a few other vegetables. He took out a knife and began chopping and slicing everything that needed to be chopped and sliced.
He also began on the dumplings.
Within a minute or so, everything was cooking.
"So what brings you here today?" Shige asked politely.

He sighed. "Rest and Relaxation. First I have had in a while."

"Haha, yeah, seems like Konoha just can't have much peace lately."
Everything was done very quickly, Shige got a serving plate and put a helping of the stir fry onto it, and another long thin plate and placed the dumplings down. Shige set the food on the counter, and poured a glass of cold water, setting it right next to the plates.

Another person walk in to the restaurant. this man had black hair and green eyes. "Do you have any barbeque?"Dakuru asked.
