Okay, lately it's been, uh, stinging, "down there". Sometimes it hurts like crazy and I can't stand it. I tried squeezing my legs together but it didn't help. It usually happens after I've been to the toilet. Anyone else experianced this? Why could it be? Please help 'cause it really hurts and I feel really embarrassed about it.

Hmm. I'll copy and paste some things I found on the interwebs:
A painful burning feeling when you urinate is often a sign of a urinary tract infection (sometimes also called a bladder infection). However, painful urination can occur even if you don't have an infection. Certain drugs, like some used in cancer chemotherapy, may inflame the bladder. Something pressing against the bladder (like an ovarian cyst) or a kidney stone stuck near the entrance to the bladder can also cause painful urination.
Painful urination can also be caused by vaginal infection or irritation. You might be sensitive to chemicals in products such as douches, vaginal lubricants, soaps, scented toilet paper or contraceptive foams or sponges. If it hurts to urinate after you've used these products, you're probably sensitive to them.

If you are afraid of your parents knowing, you can just tell your doctor that you don't want them to know. And unless its life threatening, they have no right to tell them. Get a friend who drives, or an aunt or someone to drive you. There are many clinics that offer this sort of help.

It's probably a bladder infection. I had that exact same problem back in the day when I used to drink a lot of coke and soda. I had to go to the doctor and get a cathader xd You may not have to though, but I suggest you still go to the doctor. Do you drink lots of soda by any chance? Because if so, you might want to cut down on that too. But you have no need to really worry, bladder infections aren't serious ^_^ Just a wee bit painful, hehe

Mine went away by itself... but fornow i think all you can do is drink water... it is probebly urinary tract infection or something like that. Drink lots of water it helps goodluck heart

Pepper.Sauce Tomoko-ni ninja You might be getting your period? ninja I dont think periods feel like that when you get it...? I dont know but maybee. no way, if your period feels like that, something is wrong, even the first time. but since you have everyone here saying bladder infection (i agree) you should definitely go to a doctor. i know-i know, easier said than done, but infections should really be treated and not let to go away by themselves, i know that first hand. but you know, just incase it may be more severe, thats just my recomendation.

Yeah, judging by what you have described, I have to agree with everybody that it might be a bladder infection of some sort. If you are embarassed and dont want your mom to know, thats fine, I know that it can be really weird talking to your mom about things like that, I know this because I hate talking to my own mother about these sort of things that have to deal with my nether regions. 3nodding So, just see if you can get somebody you trust, like a friend who can drive or a family member that you dont feel weird around, to drive you to the doctor and have your doctor check you out and see whats up. ^^ I wish you the best of luck. heart

wow seeing a guy in the body/image section... thats a first.... anyways seeing your doctor is most likely the best sollution, but from personal experience i would say you should have a cool bath every day or half a day until you can get to your doctor.

You have a urinary tract infection and you need to see a doctor asap. It's really not that embarrassing.
You don't want the infection to spread because it could do some real damage and it will get more painful.
G'luck.

Never get embarrassed when it comes to illness and infection.
If something isn't working right or hurting - go to your doctor.
What are you embarrassed about? The doctor became a doctor to help people with all kinds of conditions, he has probably seen a thousands vaginas already and to be honest for urine infection, which is probably what you have, you don't need to drop your pants anyway!
If you really are uncomfortable you can ask to see a female doctor but like I said, doctors have seen it -all. To them it;s not embarrassing because it's something that's causing you pain, they only want to help.
Again if you need to tell your parents first and are embarrassed, do to the parent your the same sex of - I'd assume your mum? And just tell her - once again, her role is not there to laugh and humilate you - your her child, if something is hurting she wants to help. And too be honest, urine infection is so common she most definately will have had it before.
Please never be embarssaed because all it does is keep you in discomfort for longer.
Good Luck.
