well lets think about this. they both have enhanced armor, high- tech weapons, and years of experience in killing. what we have to think about is their fighting styles. Master Chief was raised from 6 years old to fight against whoever the UNSC told him was the enemy. He may be human, but the years have turned him into a weapon who only kills. Hes trained like any other soldier, except it was way more painful with the augmentations. He's a soldier, and is going to fight like one.
Samus im going to need some help with. all i know about her is that shes a bounty hunter. anyone else can add to it if u know more.
in my opinion, i think the Chief would win. He has better armor, and his will got him through a lot. but thats just me
